(TR) 85% of ČEZ is owned by 30 shareholders #ČEZ. The state has 69.8%. In my opinion, to gain a share of 90+ % in #ČEZ, it is enough to get the consent of 29 shareholders, and then just 1 of 3 smaller shareholders (theoretically)! In my view, it is realistic and doable. Now I understand the steps of the ČEZ board, the proposed program, and today's positive.
