Słuchajcie, na FB wywiązała się dyskusja - to było wiadomo, że to pocisk czy nie. No było i co z tego? Była pełna świadomość co to jest. Ale coś Wam opowiem. Byłem przesłuchiwany przez prokuratora. W sprawie (potencjalnie) karnej, na ostro. Kiedy kierowałem lotami na poligonie Nadarzyce na mojej zmianie nie wydarzyło się nic. Ale przyjechał kierownik lotów z Powidza na ich loty. I na jego lotach katapultował się mój przyjaciel, Jurek z Su-20. Mnie prokurator przez 3 godziny przepytywał, jak przekazałem poligon następcy. Czy mu przekazałem wszystkie dane o ograniczeniach, sytuacji nawigacyjnej, itp. Nie było taryfy ulgowej. Nie było tłumaczenia. Ostatecznie uznał, że było git, ale nauczony tamtym (i kolegów doświadczeniem, to sprawa wygląda tak (beletrystyka na faktach): Strzela polski F-16. Pełna świadomość sytuacyjna bez wzrokowej identyfikacji, trafia w ruski pocisk. Pocisk spada, wali w chałupę. Giną ludzie. Przesłuchanie u prokuratora wygląda tak: - czy dokonał pan VID (identyfikacji) zgodnie z przepisami? - ale była pełna świadomość.. - nie o to pytam do cholery! Czy była VID? Tak czy nie? Czy to takie trudne? Mam to panu jakoś rozrysować!? - ale przecież wszystko było wiadome... - czy pan jest głupi czy głuchy? Czy pan nie rozumie mojego prostego pytania?! Czy pan w ogóle zna język polski? Czy dokonał pan wzrokowej identyfikacji celu, czy pan dopuścił się czynu z art. Art. 231 § 1 KK? - ale panie prokuratorze... - kurwa dość! Proszę wstać. Z powodu rażącego zaniedbania polegającego na niewykonaniu VID przed otwarciem ognia, przedstawię panu zarzuty. Proszę, tu mam pan pouczenie o pana prawach, jak pan przeczyta i zrozumie treść pouczenia, proszę podpisać. I gdzieś za plecy: pani aspirancie! Proszę skuć pana i idzie na dołek.
