Zdeněk Šarapatka commented on Mirka Němcová's appearance on Czech television and wrote that her expression, in his opinion, conveyed suffering and resentment. He referred to her sitting for an hour opposite Robert Šlachta as an act of bravery. He attributed to him and his team a role in the fall of the Nečas government, the formation of Zeman's presidential government, and the subsequent rise of ANO and Andrej Babiš. He recalled that thirteen years ago, 400 members of Šlachta's command intervened at the government building and that the operation, according to him, concerned luxury handbags and surveillance connected to Jana Nagyová. Šarapatka assigned responsibility to Šlachta and his colleague from the VSZ for Miloš Zeman's refusal to accept 101 signatures of MPs from the then Speaker of the Chamber, Němcová, and to appoint a government according to the Constitution. He described Zeman's government as a composition of people from the environment of social democrats and their supporters. He also stated that the state, in his opinion, subsequently faced problems with Babiš, whom he accused of embezzling public property. He labeled Šlachta as a former policeman and ally of Zeman and Babiš who became a politician. He estimated that he could switch to Václav Láska, who, according to him, hinted at new members of his senatorial club on television the day before. According to Šarapatka, Němcová's departure from high politics was not a reason for her tenure in the Senate and earlier in the Chamber to end in the way she demonstrated on Czech Television.
