Theo update. We zijn terug van de dierenarts maar zonder Theo. Ze houden hem ter observatie. Deze dierenarts (echt een topper) leek toch iets te voelen bij zijn darmen dus er komt een klysma en wellicht een röntgenscan, extra vocht en wat meer. Ze heeft Theo echt op alle mogelijke manieren onderzocht. Zijn hartslag en ademhaling waren wat hoog maar dat is ook door de stress en pijn. Geen koorts. Verder was alles goed. L'uomo che a Ovada ha tentato di difendere la sua auto dai ladri è stato accoltellato alla gamba e al costato e ora è in pericolo di vita, ma non ha reagito come ha fatto Mario Roggero, per cui i ladri stanno bene. Ripeto: i ladri stanno bene. Capisco che c'è stata immediata apprensione perché non arrivavano notizie certe su cosa fosse accaduto, ma adesso sono qui per fornire la risposta che aspettavate. Quindi, ripeto: il proprietario della macchina è in fin di vita, ma nessuno dei criminali ha subito lesioni se non un forte spavento. Spero che ci sia uno sportello con qualche psicologa che possa aiutarli a superare il trauma, ma su questo non posso ancora sbilanciarmi. E la notizia negativa? Beh quella riguarda l'avvocato del parastato: non ci sono i margini per fare ottenere alle famiglie dei ladri un risarcimento. Forse, si può studiare una causa legata allo stress oppure alle urla del proprietario del bene che voleva stupidamente difendere, ma e' un po' difficile, bisogna essere onesti al riguardo. Auch schon in der Stadtverwaltung Bonn erlebt: Ich beantrage meinen Reisepass, Mitarbeiter ein paar Tische weiter hat einen problematischen Fall vor sich - dann etwas abseits Tuscheln mit dem Teamleiter: "Mach das lieber, sonst haben wir hier gleich Aufstand und die Polizei." Übrigens ist das auch bei den Ausweisungen / Abschiebungen nicht anders - wer gemeldet ist und sich regelkonform verhält, ist ja viel schneller und unproblematischer weg, als jemand, den man erst suchen muss und der zu Gewalt neigt. MEN ma receptę na wypalenie nauczycieli - potraktujcie szkołę jak przygodę. Kilka dni przed rozpoczęciem roku szkolnego młoda nauczycielka pyta sekretarz stanu w MEN o wypalenie zawodowe i systemowe działania ministerstwa. Nie pyta o motywacyjny cytat. Pyta, co państwo zamierza zrobić. W odpowiedzi słyszy, że każdy uczeń to „trochę inna przygoda”, pani wiceminister zawsze lubiła uczyć, a zawód nauczyciela jest bardzo zmienny. To ma być systemowa odpowiedź? Brzmi to tak, jakby wypaleni nauczyciele po prostu za mało lubili uczyć. Jakby problemem było ich nastawienie, a rozwiązaniem odrobina ekscytacji. Wystarczy założyć kapelusz Indiany Jonesa, chwycić Kompas Jutra i ruszyć ku kolejnej reformie. Tylko że badanie przeprowadzone przez Uniwersytet Warszawski na zlecenie ZNP objęło blisko 1800 pracowników oświaty i pokazało, że: 🔹 50 proc. doświadcza wysokiego lub bardzo wysokiego skumulowanego stresu. 🔹 60 proc. cierpi na silne dolegliwości somatyczne, w tym bezsenność, przewlekły ból i wyczerpanie. 🔹 72 proc. nie potrafi jednoznacznie zadeklarować, że pozostanie w zawodzie. 🔹 Aż 13 z 20 najbardziej uciążliwych stresorów ma charakter systemowy. Jednym z nich jest chaos legislacyjny i wprowadzanie ciągłych zmian bez czasu na przygotowanie. Naukowcy mówią, że ciągłe zmiany przeciążają nauczycieli. A MEN mówi - zmienność zawodu chroni przed wypaleniem. Czyli pomylono przyczynę z terapią. Na pytanie o rozwiązania systemowe powinna paść odpowiedź o ograniczeniu biurokracji, stabilności prawa, realnym wsparciu psychologicznym, ochronie prawnej, warunkach pracy, wynagrodzeniach i wpływie nauczycieli na reformy. Zamiast tego dostaliśmy anegdotę o własnej pracy akademickiej oraz pogadankę o przygodzie. Praca nauczyciela może być pasją. Może dawać radość i satysfakcję. Ale jest też niezwykle odpowiedzialną funkcją, która kształtuje kolejne pokolenia. Przygoda może być metaforą. Nie może być polityką państwa wobec wypalenia zawodowego. Mnie to zwyczajnie wkurza. Bo nauczyciele nie potrzebują infantylizowania ich problemów ani coachingu od ministerstwa. Potrzebują, żeby MEN najpierw uznało skalę kryzysu, potem przestało go pogłębiać, a na końcu przedstawiło konkretny plan działania. A reakcja młodej nauczycielki?
