The president of the National Health Fund wants to put an end to "suitcase doctors." Starting in 2027, certain operations will be carried out only by departments with a permanent medical team. Thanks to the president's order no. 102/2026/DSOZ changing the order regarding the conditions specified. (translated)

Medical contracts will be available for verification online. Health Minister Jolanta Sobierańska-Grenda announced full transparency in hospital competitions. New regulations will require the publication of doctors' names and the rates they request – also in private facilities. (translated)

"Unfortunately, despite the tremendous efforts of the doctors, they were unable to save the life of the young girl. I believe that none of us can imagine the grief her parents must be experiencing. We express our sincere condolences to the entire family and loved ones," the chairman of the parliament, Richard Raši (Hlas-SD), informed in the plenary session of the National Council that the student, who was in critical condition, succumbed to her injuries today. Very good speech @vlvalek 🙏🏽 Not just about the expressions of some politicians, but also on the topic of the current case of the vice-prime minister @KarelHavlicek_'s canal humor. What caught my attention mainly was that @AndrejBabis purely opportunistically (in my opinion) assigned prof. Jiří Ferda a different specialization, turning a radiologist into an oncologist! And he said it not only in the @snemovna but also in his weekly propaganda. I really think that if Czechs excel in anything, it is in medical specializations... which only illustrates the oligarch's treachery and cunning 😏 But what can you do @juchelkaa couldn't even come up with a name. #thanks ♥️ (translated)

I have great news for you from the front of the fight for a Smiling Poland! Kacprzyk hasn't even properly switched from a Porsche to a Mazda and hasn't had everything up his butt yet, and in the meantime, Gizela Jagielska, an expert on taming Polish demographics even in her 9th month of pregnancy, got a job in Wrocław. And that's not the end of the news. In this country, everything bad can end up even worse. Are you sitting down? Not only has Jagielska been employed at the Voivodeship Specialist Hospital named after Falkiewicz in Wrocław's Brochów, but her husband, also a doctor, will be taking on the responsibilities of the chief physician. And all of this with your money! Tadaaam! Someone curious might ask who hired her? By a complete coincidence, the director of this hospital is Mrs. Magdalena Puziewicz-Karpiak. A politician from the PSL party, running from the red clover list in the local elections. Although she ran for the Lower Silesian Voivodeship Assembly and received 477 votes, she did not get a mandate, but in return, she positioned herself in line for the trough. And to avoid being harsh, and worst of all - unfounded, I'll just quote one of the Wrocław portals that reported on this lady's appointment: "Her candidacy raises controversies due to previous professional experiences, which often ended in tensions and accusations related to management." Apparently, she is an expert in relieving hospitals of debt, yet so far, none have managed to do so. Well, it happens. You can see that this is very cheerful news. Kacprzyk is working, Ms. Gizela is working, even Ms. Gizela's husband is working, the magic wand, however, got lost during the process of taking over the country after the PiS locusts, queues are the longest in history of measurements, money in the NFZ ran out exceptionally in March, not in November, and Ms. Agnieszka from Piła received a surgery date in 9 years, but stop finally stirring up trouble and lying that the Polish healthcare system is doing poorly. Hiring doctors is going well. Hiring councilors even better. And hiring your own is just genius! Smile wide, dear ones! If this cheerful information made your day the same as yesterday, but maybe even better than tomorrow, treat yourself to a coffee: https://t.co/8NPL5yAO8g (translated)

🔴NFZ confirms WP's findings. KO politicians from Piaseczno skipped the queue to see the doctor. Local activists of the Civic Coalition in Piaseczno were seen being admitted to the city clinic before patients who had made appointments earlier. This is indicated by an inspection by the National Health Fund. As established by Wirtualna Polska, inspectors counted 59 such cases, and one of the privileged patients skipped a total of 44 people. The clinic received a negative rating and a fine of 24,620 PLN. 🖊️@tomasz_molga https://t.co/yLd1UDuzxI (translated)

Doctors in the Netherlands have, for the first time in history, ended the life of a two-year-old child who was suffering from severe health complications and, according to its parents and doctors, was in a hopeless situation, with this step leading to a court assessment that confirmed appropriate care during the process. So look, Mr. Doctor reported 25 hours a month, and after summing up 12 months, it turned out to be 4509 hours. You ask - but how is that possible? I answer! Medical quantum states. 25 hours a month vs actually over 12 hours a day, 365 days a year (4500 hours). That's a 15x allocation! And doctors will be pushing the idea that they are honest, that these are isolated cases and we shouldn't have the right to control the spending of public money... Mr. Chwaścik, a councilor from Wrocław, is becoming a tormentor of Lower Silesian hospitals! He sent more requests to these hospitals than I have sections on the page ;) (translated)

Good morning! If I may lie a little. Someone recently asked me what government scandal would have to come to light for that metaphorical Jagodno with Wilanów to let go of Tusk? I answered that a drunken Tusk would have to run over Kacprzyk's Porsche at a crosswalk while holding a transcript of the marital act in his hand, going on a date with Berk. And please forgive me for my lack of delicacy, but the German media have raised 30% of unconscious idiots among us, for whom there is no chance for any processes of thought anymore. For these people, there is simply no hope. They still count the votes after all. This is a diagnosis. Simply. And not to take it into account, but to never make that mistake again and not let the Germans create media in Poland. Oh right! The media! Since we live in a country of miracles and smiles, I was surprised by a certain subversive piece of information from Polsat about a 52-year-old lady Agnieszka from Piła, who had a serious accident a year ago. The woman underwent hand surgery, but over time her fingers began to stiffen. Today she has problems performing the simplest tasks, and a doctor from the Dega Hospital in Poznań allegedly recommended finger reconstruction. She received the referral urgently. The date of the operation? October 1, 2035. Yes. In 9 years. I simply do not believe it. We have fuel at 5.19 zł, and Professor Markowski insists it should be much more expensive because the poorest are losing out on how cheap it is. After all, Doctor Kacprzyk, as part of the "serious consequences" announced by Prime Minister Tusk and spokesman Szłapka after the Southern Hospital scandal, not only has to drive a Mazda, but also has to have it all in his ass. And finally, Minister Cienkowska allocated 148 thousand zł for a fashion show in which she herself performed, and at the end disgusted everyone with a statement that her participation aimed to promote the work of a designer from Ukraine and support an aid program for people with migration experience. Dear Minister! The Prime Minister of the government in which you serve has caused over a million young Poles to benefit from migration experiences through previous governments. It truly disgusts me that you had the audacity to say something like that to Poles right in the face, although I understand due to intellectual deficits. Your Germanization of our politics is manifesting itself in your ordinary, simple blatantness. However, let's get down from the theater roof to the ground. It's not easy in heels. If a person with a malfunctioning hand hears: "operation in nine years," politicians should be aware that every photograph from the next publicly funded event will simply irritate people. Not because culture is unnecessary. Because a person expects basic things from the state above all. A doctor. Security. An efficient office. A school. A court. A road. A hospital where the word "urgent" means urgent, not "maybe in the next decade." And who is to blame for this? I have bad news. Us. Let’s finally start to take our own state seriously. Not like a show, where it's enough for a politician to look good on television, post a spiteful tweet, strap a mole down in a plane, and for the next four years can do whatever he wants. The state is our money, our taxes, our hospitals, our security, and our lives. Democracy has one brutally simple rule: politicians get as much impunity as citizens are willing to give them. And when I hear that the constitutional minister will starve the Constitutional Tribunal, that the police, at the Prime Minister's command, will enter institutions, and that Ms. Agnieszka from Piła has to wait 9 years for surgery, I throw up my hands because obviously Poles do not want their own state but rather a regional EU entity. 👉 However, if you would like to have a normal state, not a Kacprzykokracja: Buy me a coffee: https://t.co/8NPL5yAO8g (translated)

ABSURD! THEY WANT TO CUT THE LIMITS ON ADMISSIONS TO MEDICAL STUDIES! And the fewer doctors there are, the more expensive their visits become. Deputy Minister of Health Katarzyna Kącka wants to, for example, reduce the limit in Łódź because... "there are already enough doctors in the region" (quote from Janusz Piechociński). What absurdity! To spowoduje, że wszystkie środki i lekarstwa które zażywa Karol Nawrocki będą dostarczane via oficerowie ochrony po sprawdzeniu w laboratorium medycznym, specjalnie zapakowane do bezpiecznych oplombowanych pojemników. LIMITY PRZYJĘĆ NA STUDIA LEKARSKIE - Pani wiceminister Kęcka, ja do pani mam takie pytanie.
