💥CDU-Bürgermeister ruft zur Wahl der AfD auf💥 Zwei Wochen vor der Landtagswahl in Sachsen-Anhalt stellt sich ein CDU-Kommunalpolitiker offen gegen den Kurs seiner eigenen Partei. CDU-Ortsbürgermeister Bernd Prange hat nach eigenen Angaben insgesamt 10.000 Euro an die AfD gespendet und kündigt zugleich an, bei der Landtagswahl selbst sein Kreuz bei der AfD zu machen. In einem offenen Brief, der der Ostdeutschen Allgemeinen Zeitung vorliegt, begründet er seinen Schritt ausführlich. Brisant ist der Zeitpunkt auch deshalb, weil Ministerpräsident und CDU-Spitzenkandidat Sven Schulze im Interview mit der Ostdeutschen Allgemeinen Zeitung die Loyalität seiner Parteikollegen betonte. Auf die Frage, ob nach der Wahl einzelne CDU-Politiker zur AfD wechseln und ihr damit womöglich zu einer Mehrheit verhelfen könnten, antwortete Schulze: „Nein, dass jemand von der CDU zur AfD wechselt, wird nicht passieren.“ Prange wechselt zwar nicht zur AfD – ruft nun aber noch vor der Wahl offen dazu auf, die Partei zu wählen, und hofft auf deren absolute Mehrheit. Die Berliner Zeitung dokumentiert den Brief des Bürgermeisters im Wortlaut: Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich schreibe Ihnen als langjähriges CDU-Kreistagsmitglied. Ich habe in den vergangenen Wochen insgesamt 10.000 Euro an die AfD in Sachsen-Anhalt gespendet – zweimal 5.000 Euro. Das war keine spontane Entscheidung und erst recht keine Leichtfertigkeit. Es war ein bewusster, nach reiflicher Überlegung gefasster Schritt aus tiefer Sorge um unser Land. Meine konservativen Werte – Leistung, Ordnung, Sicherheit, nationale Souveränität, wirtschaftliche Vernunft und der Schutz unserer kulturellen Identität – finde ich in der CDU immer weniger vertreten. Stattdessen erlebe ich eine Partei, die sich Schritt für Schritt nach links bewegt, ihre Brandmauer zur AfD immer höher zieht und gleichzeitig eine Zusammenarbeit mit linken und linksradikalen Kräften akzeptiert oder sogar forciert. Ich habe die berechtigte Sorge, dass Teile der CDU dieses Land und ihre eigene Partei an die Linken verraten und verkaufen. Deshalb setze ich ein klares Stoppzeichen. Ich wünsche mir, dass die AfD bei der Landtagswahl in Sachsen-Anhalt so stark wird, dass sie alleine regieren kann. Nicht aus Trotz, sondern damit die CDU endlich aufwacht. Damit die Brandmauer fällt. Damit sich die Partei gegen ihren Linkskurs wehrt. Und damit Friedrich Merz abgesetzt wird – als Symbol einer Führung, die den konservativen Kern der Union preisgibt. Im Kreistag Stendal erlebe ich seit Jahren, wie demokratische Zusammenarbeit funktionieren kann. Die Kooperation mit der AfD-Fraktion ist gut und konstruktiv. Gemeinsam mit den Kollegen der AfD haben wir bereits mehrfach konkreten Schaden durch linke Initiativen abwenden können. Das gilt aber nicht nur für mich: Alle Kollegen im Kreistag – auch die der CDU – arbeiten demokratisch und sachbezogen mit den anderen Fraktionen zusammen, wenn es um das Wohl unseres Landkreises geht. Diese Zusammenarbeit beruht auf Gemeinsamkeiten und dem Willen zum Erhalt unserer Heimat – nicht auf ideologischer Feindschaft. Was das leugnet, leugnet die Realität vor Ort. Dieser offene Brief soll die Gesellschaft wachrütteln. Er soll vor allem die CDU wachrütteln. Es ist höchste Zeit, dass sich die Union von extrem linken Kräften und von all jenen trennt, die mit den Linken oder auch Grünen paktieren wollen – namentlich auch von Personen wie Sven Schulze. Wer die Brandmauer zur AfD verteidigt, während er gleichzeitig nach links schielt, zerstört die CDU als bürgerliche Volkspartei. Ich bleibe Konservativer. Ich bleibe dem Land und den Menschen verpflichtet, die ich im Kreistag vertrete. Die CDU muss sich entscheiden: Will sie weiterhin den Linkskurs mitgehen und ihre Wähler verraten und verlieren – oder findet sie den Mut, die Brandmauer einzureißen, sich auf ihre alten Werte zu besinnen und wieder regierungsfähig zu werden? Die Wahl im September wird zeigen, ob die Partei noch lernfähig ist. Da Sven Schulze aber den Weg zur Einbindung linker Kräfte bereits eingeschlagen hat und davon auch nicht mehr abrücken möchte, werde ich am 6. September 2026 zur Landtagswahl selbst mein Kreuz bei der AfD machen und hoffe, dass es mit mir auch viele weitere Konservative machen werden, damit die AfD in Sachsen-Anhalt die absolute Mehrheit erringt und die CDU zur Erkenntnis gelangt, dass sie ihren Kurs ändern muss.
