La casi unanimidad con la que se se aprobó el tratado con Singapur también muestra algo muy alentador: que Argentina se está animando a integrarse al mundo. Singapur es un socio cantado para las exportaciones argentinas (una isla sin producción de alimentos y puerta de Asia). Allá vamos. Después no se sorprendan del boom exportador. Finalmente, lo de PCT es la mejora institucional más grande, para el complejo de ciencia y tecnología, que el país logra en décadas. Es inviable un país que no deja que sus industriales puedan proteger sus innovaciones, o que tampoco lo pueda hacer ni el @Conicet ni ninguno de sus científicos. Ayer dimos un paso clave para devolverle el derecho de propiedad a la ciencia Argentina.
