Nel frattempo la Procura può proseguire il suo lavoro in vista dell'udienza preliminare , solitamente accade sviluppando temi di indagine legati alle ultime acquisizioni (verbali di sommarie informazioni ed altro eventuale materiale raccolto negli ultimi giorni). Sicuramente metterà sotto i riflettori le risultanze delle varie audizioni delle persone informate sui fatti mettendole a diretto confronto.
