Premjers sūdzas, ka trūkst saskaņojumu. Kam tad, ja ne premjeram, ir pienākums nodrošināt, lai valdības darbs virzītos uz priekšu? Premjers nav lietvedis, kura uzdevums ir konstatēt, ka kādā mapē trūkst kāda papīra. Premjers vada valdību, sasauc ministrus, novērš domstarpības un panāk lēmumu. Valdības deklarācijā melns uz balta rakstīts: ierobežot ilgtermiņa vīzu un uzturēšanās atļauju izsniegšanu, noteikt pieļaujamo trešo valstu pilsoņu skaitu un slēgt shēmas ekonomisko imigrantu legalizēšanai. Premjera kungs, Jūs neapturējāt “teātri”. Jūs nobremzējāt pats savas valdības deklarācijas izpildi. Kad iekšlietu ministrs @janisdombrava ir iesniedzis konkrētus priekšlikumus, premjers nevis organizē to izskatīšanu un pieņem lēmumu, bet publiski paziņo, ka trūkst saskaņojumu, savukārt paveikto nosauc par “teātra cīņu” un “trulu vēlētāju makšķerēšanu”. Atklāti tuneļi uz robežas. Notiek reidi. Tiek pastiprināta imigrācijas kontrole. Tiek gatavotas kvotas trešo valstu pilsoņiem, stingrākas prasības ārvalstu studentiem un augstskolām, kontrole pār nodarbinātības starpniekiem un atbildība par uzturēšanās noteikumu pārkāpumiem. Kur tieši šeit ir teātris? Kad premjers kopā ar iekšlietu ministru apbraukāja robežu un stāvēja kameru priekšā, tā acīmredzot bija valstiska rīcība. Kad jāpieņem neērti lēmumi un jāstājas pretī ietekmīgām ekonomiskajām interesēm, tā pēkšņi kļūst par “histēriju”. Te arī beidzas stāsts par procedūru. Vienā rokā @AndrisKulbergs tur valdības deklarāciju, kurā apsolīts ierobežot ilgtermiņa vīzu un uzturēšanās atļauju izsniegšanu. Otrā rokā viņš tur priekšlikumus saglabāt investoru termiņuzturēšanās atļaujas jeb tā sauktās “zelta vīzas”. Imigrācijas ierobežošanas plānam vajag vēl vismaz 14 saskaņojumus. “Zelta vīzu” idejai acīmredzot pietiek ar investīciju fonda bukletu un solījumiem par bagātiem šeihiem. Latvijai nav vajadzīga imigrācijas politika, kurā drošības risinājumi var tikt atlikti, bet uzturēšanās atļaujas atkal var pārvērst par preci. Latvijai nav vajadzīga sistēma, kurā augstskolu, darbaspēka starpnieku un dažādu investīciju shēmu intereses ir svarīgākas par valsts spēju kontrolēt, kas Latvijā ieceļo, kādēļ šeit uzturas un ko šeit dara. Ja premjeram ir iebildumi pret konkrētiem plāna punktiem, to vienkārši jāpasaka. Ja vajadzīgi labojumi, tie ir jāveic. Ja ministrijas nespēj vienoties, premjeram tās ir jāsēdina pie viena galda un jāpanāk lēmums. Tieši par to premjeram maksā algu. Nevis par video, kuros viņš publiski lamā savas valdības ministrus un skaidro sabiedrībai, kāpēc valdība nespēj izdarīt pati savu darbu. Imigrācijas ierobežošana nav teātris. Teātris sākas tad, kad premjers sola vienu, bremzē otru un virza trešo. #Latvija #imigrācija #valdība
