Otakarovi Foltýnovi pro spáchání kárného provinění spočívajícím ve svévolném doplnění unifromy příslušníka Armády České republiky neschváleným prvkem - nášivkou v ukrajinských národních barvách doplněnou o vulgární výraz. Vojenská uniforma opravdu není reklamním prostorem, jenž by měl sloužit k prezentaci vlastních politických názorů jejího nositele, ať už jsou jakéhokoliv ražení. Umístění jakékoliv insignie v národních barvách jiného státu, než je Česká republika, pak považuji za hrubou urážku našeho vojska i celé naší země. Skutečnost, že se tohoto provinění dopustil člen Armády České republiky s vysokou hodností plukovníka pouze zvyšuje závažnost tohoto prohřešku. V rámci svého podnětu požaduji též sdělení informace, jak s ním bylo naloženo a jaký trest byl případně pachateli tohoto kárného provinění uložen. O výsledku vás samozřejmě budu informovat. Udělám vše pro to, aby celá věc nebyla zametena pod koberec. Za prvé proto, že z hlediska zachování důvěryhodnosti naší armády je naprosto klíčové, aby její vrcholoví příslušníci důsledně zachovávali naprostou apolotičnost. A za druhé proto, že předpisy mají platit pro všechny členy AČR stejně. Tedy i pro mediální oblíbence a miláčky prezidenta. Princip padni komu padni by v armádě měl platit dvojnásob. V opačném případě bychom se totiž již nemohli nazývat právním státem. #ArmádaČR #Kárnéřízení #Politika
