Le prescrizioni del DiGiFeMa elencano misure concrete (fasce orarie senza circolazione, figura di coordinamento, tempario non derogabile, strumenti di prevenzione, segnalazioni protette) che devono diventare obblighi immediati, non buone pratiche da discutere sulla carta.
