And seriously - I have certain reflections and I need to share them with you. I look at the passivity of our counterintelligence regarding the penetration of Polish institutions by Ukrainians, regarding Ukrainian officials who have taken over our offices and are extracting confidential information from them, or regarding the situation surrounding figures like Wojciech Balczun, who surround themselves with officers of Ukrainian services. I observe how public opinion completely ignores the phenomenon of Ukrainian "swallows" that have entangled the morals of leading Polish politicians (more on that soon). I also see how casually we are handing over CRITICAL weaponry for our security, such as missiles for the Patriot batteries. One looks at all this and gets the undeniable impression that our politicians have already decided for us to create a Polish-Ukrainian entity. Perhaps up there they deemed it unnecessary to even verify Mykola Niemtsov since he is already "our" colonel? Why regret missiles for Kyiv when everything has already become shared? Today it is hard to find a reliable debate about whether missiles that we will neither replenish within a year nor within five years should even be given to Ukraine. No one here calculates whether our budget deficit can withstand the outflow of more billions into that black, corrupt Kyiv hole. They give everything under the cover of night, and the public learns about it in the morning after the fact. All of this is starting to look like the famous "Ucropolin" being introduced through the backdoor, using the method of slowly boiling the frog. Did you know that Wojciech Balczun's official advisor at Ukrainian Railways (Ukrzaliznyci) was Mrs. Olena Marchuk? Known more widely as Weronika Marczuk-Pazura, and currently as Weronika Marczuk? The same lady who started her Polish career in go-go clubs in the Tri-Cities under the supervision of a certain "Nikosia"? Well, now you know 🙃 The longer I look into the minister's dossier, the more I wonder how it is that Wojciech Balczun acts like a magnet for people from the broadly defined dark zone, suspicious interests, and corrupt arrangements. Let's take a look at this exceptional catalog of acquaintances and coincidences: Jacek Dębski - a sports minister shot in a gangland settlement. Balczun began his state career right at his side as chief of the political cabinet. Weronika Marczuk - the newspaper "Fakt" wrote about her in 2014 as follows: "She arrived in Poland at the age of 20. She ended up in Sopot. In the morning she studied law, and at night she danced in the Tri-City clubs 'Amazonka,' 'GoGo Land,' and in the hotels 'Posejdon' and 'Marina' - establishments then dominated by the Tri-City mafia. For an extra fee, she undressed at bachelor parties." I'm deliberately skipping the scandal with the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau and the "bribe" from "Agent Tomek" because Ms. Weronika was acquitted. However, there is another interesting thread here. The portal znaj.kropka.ua, in an article about numerous irregularities regarding Balczun's activities at Ukrainian Railways, provides the following information: "After arriving in Ukraine, Wojciech said he does not intend to bring his wife and child to Kyiv. This was due to the fact that the plane trip to them takes only an hour. The manager, however, arrived with his friend Weronika. Ukrainian journalists learned that the couple lived together in Pechersk in an expensive apartment." 🤡 The portal did not clarify whether it was Ms. Weronika Marczuk, but the coincidence of names and timing is rather clear. Balczun's entourage - Mr. Wojciech did not come to Ukraine to work alone. Along with Ms. Weronika, an entire entourage of "managers" from Poland, whom he had surrounded himself with in various companies, arrived with him. This resulted in a scandal in which accusations of extravagance and embezzlement arose. For example, in 2016, Balczun ordered corporate credit cards for himself and two other employees. They could spend up to 20 thousand hryvnias per day. These funds were allocated for hotels, tickets, meals, and participation in cultural events. One of these people was Remigiusz Paszkiewicz. Remigiusz Paszkiewicz has been the president of KGHM since February 2026...you won’t guess from whose appointment 🙃 Remind me which party went into the last elections under the banners of fighting cronyism and nepotism? Oh, shortly thereafter, the same members of the board at UZ decided to pay themselves salaries for the time worked BEFORE signing the contract. The cost of their services was estimated at three million hryvnias, and as if that wasn't enough, Balczun was to order a payment of 150 thousand hryvnias for a two-hour consultation to Polish expert Andrzej Kopci. Who prepared his opinion on the company...by hand. Curtain. The Dubnewych brothers (Jarosław and Bohdan) - a heavyweight Ukrainian oligarchy and parliament members who built their wealth on multi-billion contracts in Ukrzaliznyci. During Balczun's tenure at UZ, this setup continued to thrive, and the Dubnewych people dominated key positions in the company. Jarosław, after losing his immunity and facing prosecutorial charges, fled the country. When questioned by 🇺🇦 media about his acquaintance with the brothers, Balczun replied that he knows them but does not meet them. "I smoke, but I don't inhale" 🙃 Mykola Niemtsov - a well-known figure, described more widely yesterday. A man who was on the verge of a close friendship and almost familial relationship with Minister Wojciech. He was the head of the UBOZ (Office for Combating Organized Crime) in the Chernivtsi Region police, although he is most likely a career security officer because without connections in the secret services, he could never hold the position of director at Ukrainian Railways. The Antikor portal attributes to him from those years the protection of drug trafficking, illegal alcohol, smuggling, and assaults on activists. Under Balczun, he was the director of security at UZ and - according to investigative media - co-organized a massive arms smuggling operation from Ukraine to the EU. By rail, to be understood 🚂 Anatoliy Palaniychuk - deputy head of security at Lviv Railways, described as the architect of channels for smuggling goods into the European Union. The amber affair - Balczun's extraction business in Ukraine, where his partners became: Colonel Niemtsov (a known figure) and Jerzy Dominik K. - a Polish businessman detained by the CBA on charges of involvement in a criminal organization, money laundering, and VAT fraud (revealed by TVN24 and "Newsweek"). Bartłomiej Babuśka - a key figure in Balczun's shadow. Where one is, so is the other. Upper Silesian Fund, Industrial Development Agency, MAP, business in Ukraine. An activist of the Tarnów PO, during whose tenure in the state company Fabios S.A., there was a CBA operation and an investigation by the Kraków prosecutor's office regarding acting to the detriment of the company, strange declines in profits before privatization, and contracts with acquaintances - including the Ukrainian company Bogema (its owner was Babuśka's business partner). It is said that he lived in Ukraine for several years out of fear of the rain from the black clouds he had collected over his head. He waited out the worst and returned as Honorary Consul of Ukraine in Tarnów, only to manage billions of the State Treasury again shortly thereafter 🤡 He speaks fluent Ukrainian and - as he claims - has lived in two countries for 20 years. A shadow over Cegielski - do you remember September 2025 and what happened at H. Cegielski - Railway Vehicles Factory? At the moment when Balczun and Babuśka were entering the structures of MAP and ARP, a businessman burdened with corruption charges committed suicide at the Cegielski Plant. According to unofficial reports from Onet, the events at FPS could be part of a larger corruption scandal related to ARP. A year has passed and silence - amba fatima, there was a scandal, now there's none. (I do not claim that Balczun and Babuśka are directly connected to this, but it is worth mentioning as a matter of public record.) --- That's enough for today, I laughed a lot while editing this text - that's my 😂 At the end, here’s a question with a wink: is there even one person in the immediate vicinity of the man managing the State Treasury's assets who has a clean record and has not brushed against the underworld, corruption, or prosecutorial investigations? 🤡 I understand the theatrical style and rock 'n' roll freedom. But one would expect that from a constitutional minister responsible for billions of the state’s assets, the surrounding environment should be closer to academic circles or honest business rather than characters straight out of stories about Al Capone. Oto Ihor Komisar. Kolejny bohater cyklu "Migrant Migruje Migranta". Ihor jest prezesem spółki PRO DOCUMENT sp. z o.o., która - jak sama twierdzi - w ciągu roku swojej działalności załatwiła karty pobytu w 🇵🇱 (TRC) dla ponad tysiąca klientów. Ihor oczywiście jest Ukraińcem, podobnie jak jego wspólniczka Albina Gradovska. Wspólnie prowadzą bardzo dochodowy biznes, a sukcesów w liczbie akceptacji wniosków może pozazdrościć im niejedna kancelaria prawna. Komisar to ten typ bezczelnego gościa, którego wpuszczasz do własnego domu, a on w zamian ściąga ci do salonu całą mafię z ulicy i zachowuje się, jakby był u siebie.
