Il buongiorno di oggi ce lo danno l’hub di Wildberries di Kotovsk, nell’oblast’ di Tambov e la raffineria è a Kstovo, nell’oblast’ di Nižnij Novgorod. Il grande centro WB copre circa 108.000 mq, è entrato in funzione nel 2025 e, a pieno regime, era progettato per stoccare fino a 54 milioni di articoli. È pertanto un hub molto grande, soprattutto per la distribuzione nella Russia centrale. Fu già fatto oggetto di un attacco lo scorso 18 luglio. L’incendio però fu spento rapidamente (alle 04:08 ora di Mosca secondo Wildberries/RWB) e la struttura riportò danni, ma non “critici” secondo le informazioni rese pubbliche. Dal 23 luglio il centro aveva ripreso l’operatività in forma limitata, accettando nuovamente consegne e riattivando selezione e spedizione delle merci. Il rogo, stavolta, stando alle immagini, sembra molto vasto. La raffineria è invece la Lukoil-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez (spesso abbreviata NORSI). Con una capacità di lavorazione di circa 17 milioni di tonnellate di greggio annue, è indicata come la quarta maggiore raffineria russa e il secondo produttore nazionale di benzina. Produce anche diesel e carburante per l’aviazione. La sua importanza non dipende soltanto dal volume: rifornisce un’ampia area della Russia centrale e produce derivati essenziali sia per il mercato civile sia, secondo lo Stato maggiore ucraino, per le esigenze delle forze armate russe. L’impianto era già stato colpito altre volte. Il 24 giugno 2026 era stata danneggiata l’unità primaria di distillazione CDU-5, pari a circa un quarto della capacità produttiva: 12.000 tonnellate al giorno. Secondo fonti industriali citate da Reuters, la raffineria aveva sospeso le attività; la borsa SPIMEX interruppe temporaneamente le vendite dei suoi prodotti diesel e benzina. Nord Italia, attenzione. Dalla siccità ai temporali forti il passo sarà molto breve. Già domani una giornata da tenere d'occhio. Nei prossimi giorni il Nord Italia riceverà finalmente piogge importanti, ma bisogna raccontare bene che tipo di pioggia rischia di arrivare. Non parliamo di una pioggia tranquilla, continua e ben distribuita, quella che dopo settimane secche sarebbe la più utile per suoli, fiumi, agricoltura e falde. Il segnale modellistico mostra invece una fase più instabile e perturbata, con accumuli anche abbondanti soprattutto tra Alpi, Prealpi, alte pianure e settori esposti del Nord-Ovest e del Nord-Est. Localmente, dove i fenomeni insisteranno di più, gli accumuli potranno raggiungere anche 120-150 mm. Questo significa che potremo passare in pochi giorni da una condizione siccitosa a rovesci e temporali localmente molto intensi. Quando il terreno è secco, duro e stressato da settimane di caldo, non tutta l’acqua riesce a entrare subito nel suolo. Una parte può scorrere rapidamente in superficie, aumentando il rischio di allagamenti improvvisi, grandinate, colpi di vento e criticità locali. Il Nord ha bisogno di acqua, ma avrebbe bisogno soprattutto di piogge regolari, distribuite e assorbibili. Se invece arriva sotto forma di temporali violenti e concentrati, può aiutare il bilancio idrico solo in parte e creare problemi dove i fenomeni colpiscono con maggiore forza. He alleges that multiple institutions — including the presidency under Klaus Iohannis, Romania's Supreme Council of National Defence (CSAT) and the Constitutional Court — were involved in what he describes unequivocally as a: “COUP D’ÉTAT.” His argument is explosive. Dîrlău says the election was cancelled because those in power “didn't like the result” and argues that the process that followed leaves Romania's current political leadership without democratic legitimacy. Whatever your view of the original decision, cancelling a presidential election is one of the most consequential actions a democracy can take. It therefore demands an extraordinary level of evidence and transparency. What evidence justified overturning the vote? Who made the decisions? What role did each institution play? And ultimately: Were Romania's democratic institutions protecting an election — or overriding the will of its voters? A serving Romanian senator is now calling what happened a coup d'état. Hello everyone, the code for Aracne2 has been on GitHub for a few months now — a modular CMS for editing and publishing TEI corpora. A companion volume, published by FedOA Press, covers its origins, architecture and features in detail. In brief: – schema-aware XML editor, with validation per document and across a whole collection; – staged editorial workflow with versioning and a clean split between working copy and published copy; – named entities linked to authority files (Wikidata, VIAF, GeoNames, ORCID, GND and others); – bibliography with BibTeX/CSL-JSON/Zotero import and DOI resolution; – facsimiles and zones for text-image alignment; – XSLT-driven public site generator, with configurable indices and search portals; – LOD and OAI-PMH for harvesting, deposit to Zenodo, Dataverse, Internet Archive and git forges; – audit log and fixity, plus policy pages aimed at projects preparing for a CoreTrustSeal review. Architecturally, there are two distinct data layers: PostgreSQL for platform state (users, roles, plugins, audit), eXist-db for TEI documents, stored natively and queried in XQuery. Python/FastAPI backend, Vue 3 frontend, fully containerised. Every integration is a plugin that mounts without a restart, so a deployment can stay minimal or grow along with the project. The AI side is there but optional and can be switched off: in-editor assistance (explaining validation errors, normalising bibliography, tagging named entities), local RAG over the TEI P5 Guidelines, and a read-only MCP server that lets an external assistant query the corpus. Anyone who cannot or would rather not send their texts to a cloud service can run the whole thing locally with Ollama. Aracne2 is the third iteration of a line of tools that began in 2008 with MaRa, the scripts written to mark up the Angevin Registers, continued with Aracne (2016-2026, built entirely on eXist-db), and arrives at this rewrite. The FedOA Press volume reconstructs that trajectory at length. It is all free: you can download it and try it locally with a handful of commands. Aracne2 is open to experiment and ready to be put to the test on new projects — reports, criticism and proposals are all welcome.
