Dvě stavby původně bez stavebního povolení v uplynulých dvou letech vyrostly na Turkově zahradě v pražské Dubči. Lokalita je přitom součástí přírodního parku Říčanka a na tamních pozemcích se až na výjimky stavět vůbec nesmí atd. Mně tedy hodně vadí, že se někteří politici chovají papalášsky a že zneužívají svého postavení. Že zároveň kmotři a lobbisti si pasou svoje zkorumpované poslance, ministerské úředníky, zmoštěnce a další vlivné lidi z politické scény, dosazené (jakoukoliv) vládou. Běžný občan, řadový daňový poplatník je potom natolik frustrovaný z takových situací, že následně snadno volí populistické partaje a politiky, kteří jim naslibují kdeco, i nemožné. A je to venku. ❗️Kandidát ANO na pražského primátora Ondřej Prokop sice stále odmítá říci více o třech bytech, které “zapomněl” uvést v majetkovém přiznání. ❗️Tak jsme to zjistili bez něj - hned dva z nich nedávno postavila developerská firma Finep, s níž Prokop jako místostarosta Prahy 11 jednal a pomohl jí v miliardovému projektu. ❗️Finep se hájí, že Prokop byty v komplexu Kaskády Barrandov nenakoupil od něj, ale od prostředníka. Kdo to je, nelze ověřit. ❗️Nebýt naší investigace, zůstaly by byty utajené. Jsou totiž družstevní, takže v katastru jsou dodnes napsané nikoliv na Prokopa, ale na družstvo, které řídí manažeři Finep. ❗️Prokop si byty pořídil už v roce 2023. Měl je tedy uvést v majetkovém přiznání.
