Von den realen zusätzlichen 16,6 Milliarden Euro Wirtschaftsleistung entfielen rund 13,8 Milliarden Euro und damit etwa 80 Prozent auf höhere Konsumausgaben des Staates. Schwachpunkt: Während der Staatskonsum steigt, gingen die Investitionen im ersten Halbjahr 2026 real um 1,2 Milliarden Euro zurück. Die Investitionen lagen bei rund 370,1 Milliarden Euro und damit 0,3 Prozent unter dem Vorjahreswert. Bei den Anlageinvestitionen betrug der Rückgang sogar 0,5 Prozent.
