På lördagskvällen skulle det bli stort födelsedagsfirande på den exklusiva Moskva-restaurangen Balzi Rossis veranda. General Alexandr Tjajko, chef över rysslands flygvapen och luft- och rymdförsvar skulle fira sin 55-årsdag och mängder av högdjur inom putinregimens hantlangare var bjudna. Tjajko hade befordrats till sin post så sent som i maj och firande av det ingick också i planerna för aftonen. Vad som nog inte ingick i planen var leveransen av en speciell födelsedagspresent. En kvinnlig kurir kom till restaurangens entré med en låda som hon sa innehöll presenter till gästerna. Festen hade dock ett stort säkerhetspådrag och en av säkerhetsvakterna blev då misstänksam och bestämde sig för att kontrollera lådan. Då exploderade den. Troligen var det en bomb med en styrka på 1 kg trotyl som fjärrutlöstes. Explosionen var så kraftig att kuriren, säkerhetsvakten och en av gästerna dödades direkt. En hand flög iväg 15 meter. Någon typ av splitterverkan fanns i bomben vilket gjorde att 17 personer dessutom skadades svårt. Tjajko själv klarade sig troligen, även om det ryska försvarsministeriet vägrat kommentera det hela och stoppat militärer som var på festen att säga något om det skedda i media. På gästlistan fanns flera generaler, FSB-folk, parlamentsledamöter och annat löst putintroget folk och diverse imperialister som kommit till festen med den ryska krigsmaktens fordon med svarta nummerplåtar. Huvudmålet var dock troligen Tjajko själv eftersom han 2022 var befälhavare för det östra militärområdet vars trupper gick in i norra Ukraina i februari 2022. Därmed var han ytterst ansvarig för svinerierna som de ryska soldaterna begick ibland annat Butja. Bättre lycka nästa gång. Från ukrainsk sida har inga kommentarer lämnats om man är inblandad i tillslaget eller inte. Stando a quanto affermato in un servizio del Tg1 che ci ha abituato ad anticipazioni poi ratificate dagli atti, confermerebbero: 1) la compatibilità dell’impronta 33 con la mano dell’indagato e con quella di scarpa posta al di sotto dell’impronta stessa; 2) la rimessa in discussione dell’impronta a pallini, decisiva per la condanna di Stasi, che non corrisponderebbe a una Frau numero 42; 2) il DNA sulle unghie di Chiara come appartenente alla linea maschile della famiglia Sempio; 3) la consulenza psichiatrica su Sempio, evidentemente fattibile nonostante tante perplessità espresse da più parti. A fine settembre si chiuderanno, con ogni probabilità, le indagini preliminari. E la stessa Procura Generale presso la Corte d’Appello di Milano, anche alla luce dei nuovi elementi di indagine, potrà decidere se fare istanza di revisione per Stasi. Ho sempre pensato che Stasi fosse stato condannato NON oltre ogni ragionevole dubbio. Da quando mi sono addentrata nelle carte dei suoi processi, i dubbi sulla sua effettiva colpevolezza sono diventati pagina dopo pagina, documento dopo documento, sempre più forti, intensi, irreversibili. Oggi sono fermamente convinta della sua innocenza. Processuale e sostanziale. Non so se Andrea Sempio sarà rinviato a giudizio, se sarà condannato in via definitiva, e soprattutto credo che l’aspetto più complicato sarà far combaciare perfettamente la responsabilità processuale con quella sostanziale. Non foss’altro perché Chiara merita, una volta per tutte, Giustizia.
