Melkein oikenee🤩 Vihdoin pääsin aloittamaan painoilla olan, lavan ja käden treenin. Keppi heiluu, kumppari kiristyy ja painot jytisee vielä pitkään, mutta kärsivällisyydellä täällä muutenkin tarvotaan😎💪🏼 Toipumisen aikana kertyi joka päivä reilusti yli 20000 askelta ja lukemista pienen sisäisen kirjaston verran. Tai suuren. Eihän tätä voi verratakaan polven murtumaan (2023), mutta yksikätisyys tuotti sekin aivan erityisiä turhautumisia.
