Jayson B. gab sich auch als Frau aus, kleidete sich als Frau und war als Trans-Prostituierter tätig. Er drohte vor Polizeibeamten, dass er einen Menschen töten werde und konnte sich dennoch nur Stunden später frei auf der Station bewegen. Kamilla wurde totgeschlagen und erwürgt, aber auch in ihren letzten Momenten auf schwerste Art und Weise sexuell misshandelt. Ich habe mich über Jahre mit dem Fall beschäftigt, bis die Akte quasi geschlossen wurde und die Eltern von Kamilla aus Deutschland fortzogen. Der Täter wurde wegen einer psychischen Erkrankung als schuldunfähig eingestuft und im Maßregelvollzug untergebracht. Ich habe bei allen zuständigen Behörden angefragt, ob Jayson B. im Maßregelvollzug für Männer oder für Frauen untergebracht ist und keine Antwort erhalten. Man bat um Verständnis, dass man verpflichtet sei, Persönlichkeitsrechte und Datenschutz zu wahren. Das Amt für Maßregelvollzug in Bayern teilte mir weiterhin mit: "Generell werden im Maßregelvollzug in Bayern Personen entsprechend ihrer Eintragung im Personenstandsregister behandelt. Für Frauen gibt es eine spezielle Einrichtung in Taufkirchen (Vils) (Frauenforensik).
