Napsal mi Karel Friedl, věrný čtenář až ze Švédska, a poslal mi myšlenku tak prostou a přesnou, že jsem u ní musel zůstat. Řekl to zhruba takhle: Babiš tvrdí, že mu Agrofert nepatří a že z něj nic nemá — tak ať si klidně nechá všechny dotace zastavit. Když z toho nic nemá, nemůže ho to přece bolet. A jestli se přesto brání, je to důkaz, že mu na tom záleží. Opak je důkazem. Karle, měl jsi pravdu. A když jsem si k tomu dohledal čísla, ukázalo se, že je to ještě horší, než se na první pohled zdá. Babiš to opakuje jako mantru. „Agrofert nevlastním. Nemám z něj žádný prospěch.” Ruku na srdci, oči navrch hlavy, křivda jako z divadla. Tak si přečtěte tohle. Těsně předtím, než Agrofert strčil do svěřenského fondu, si z něj nechal vyplatit dividendu 4,25 miliardy korun. Čtyři a čtvrt miliardy. Dvě stě milionů dolarů. Potvrzuje to agentura Reuters. Vybral si čtyři miliardy do vlastní kapsy — a pak řekl „nemám z toho žádný prospěch”. To je jako vybrat účet do poslední koruny a druhý den prohlásit, že vám ten účet už nepatří, tak co byste z něj měli. Formálně pravda. Prakticky výsměch. A tím to nekončí. Pojďme se podívat, jak to „vzdání se Agrofertu” vypadá zblízka. Do toho fondu Babiš vložil jen Agrofert. Ne celý svůj byznys — jen jednu část. Zbytek impéria si nechal. Firmu SynBiol, pod kterou spadají jeho zdravotnické kliniky po celé Evropě, drží dál a dál z ní žije. Tohle napsal taky Reuters: Babiš pořád vlastní byznysy mimo Agrofert za stovky milionů eur, včetně klinik po Evropě. Takže „vzdal jsem se svého podnikání” znamená ve skutečnosti „vzdal jsem se jedné části a zbytek si nechávám”. A ten fond, do kterého Agrofert dal? Není slepý. Odborníci se shodli, že RSVP Trust není žádný neprůhledný anglosaský slepý trust, kde majitel ztrácí kontrolu. Český svěřenský fond umožňuje nastavit vztahy poměrně volně. A hlavně — víte, kdo jsou obmyšlení toho fondu? Jeho tři děti. Adriana, Vivien, Frederik. Podle statutu má nezávislá správa trvat jen po dobu, kdy je Babiš ve vládě. Až skončí, fond ovládne rodina. Agrofert zaparkoval u vlastních dětí, s návratem po konci ve vládě. A pak se postaví před národ a řekne „nemám z toho žádný prospěch”. A teď to hlavní, kvůli čemu mě Karel nasměroval. Kdyby ta slova byla pravda — kdyby mu Agrofert vážně nepatřil a nic z něj neměl — tak proč se o ty dotace tak pere? Vždyť když Brusel zastavil dotace, mělo mu to být jedno. Nemá prospěch, tak ho to nemůže bolet, ne? Jenže ono ho to bolí. Celý aparát státu se najednou činí, aby peníze k Agrofertu tekly dál. Ministr odbývá Evropskou komisi, že jde jen o „nejasnosti”. Fond platí dál a odmítá se zastavit. Nikdo se takhle nepere o peníze, které mu jsou ukradené. Takhle se člověk pere jen o svoje. A to je celá odpověď. Ne to, co Babiš říká — ale to, jak se chová. Slovy se Agrofertu vzdává. Skutky se o něj bije jako lev. A mezi tím, co říká, a tím, co dělá, je propast, do které se vejdou ty jeho čtyři miliardy. Buď mu Agrofert nepatří — pak ať mlčí, když se dotace zastaví, protože se ho to netýká. Nebo mu na něm záleží — pak ať přestane lhát, že z toho nic nemá. Obojí najednou neobstojí. A on chce obojí najednou. To není křivda, pane premiére. To je aritmetika. A ta se umlčet nedá. Díky, Karle. Přesně tos viděl správně.
