Rodrigo Lima 2h

Rodrigo Lima stated that, according to internal surveys of the PT, Flávio would have 56% and would defeat Lula, and he said he believed that the result could not be reversed because both would have reached their ceiling of support. He accused André Janones of producing a misleading video and of asking the public to avoid interacting with right-wing publications. According to Lima, the strategy would be to attract to the second round people who did not vote in the first and to weaken the social media of the right. He also described the internal atmosphere of the PT as one of mourning and said that Janones had shown sadness in the video. Finally, he asked his supporters to remain steadfast until the 25th at 5 PM. #PT #Eleições2023 #Flávio (translated)

Rui Campos Fotografia 7h

Sarah Santaolalla. ♀ 8h

Sarah Santaolalla wrote that, after the frustration over the lack of unity on the left, there were also reasons to remember that it went far beyond its leaders. She placed it in squares, neighborhoods, community associations, unions, and social movements, and among those who defended public services and rights, including feminists and people who opposed homophobia and the far-right. Santaolalla said that many people were willing to organize and mobilize, because they believed there was too much at stake to stay on the sidelines. She added that the left was built collectively and from below, and closed with the slogan "They shall not pass." #IzquierdaUnida #Activismo #Unidad (translated)
