‼️ Sporočilo za javnost: Šest prič Vontine komisije ustanovilo Zavod za zaščito žrtev parlamentarne preiskave Ljubljana, 16. september 2026 - Ustanovljen je bil Zavod za zaščito žrtev parlamentarne preiskave 2022–26. Zavod so ustanovili @BojanPozar , Franci Zavrl, Miran Videtič, @NeuroVirtu, @JozeBiscak, @NeMaramButlov in @EdvardKadic Zavod bo deloval v podporo posameznikom, za katere ustanovitelji ocenjujejo, da so jim bile v okviru parlamentarnih preiskav kršene pravice, ter jim pomagal pri uveljavljanju pravnega varstva. Ustanovitelji menijo, da je preiskovalna komisija, ki ji je predsedovala Tamara Vonta, nedopustno posegala v pravice prič, med drugim z vpogledi v poslovne in osebne račune, ter institut parlamentarne preiskave uporabljala za politični obračun. Poleg že vložene kazenske ovadbe zoper Tamaro Vonta bo zavod vložil kazenske ovadbe tudi zoper Tomaža Modica (novinarja portala @necenzurirano_ in pogodbenega preiskovalca @Drzavnizbor, Vesno Vuković (nekdanjo generalno sekretarko Gibanja Svobode) in Petra Gruma (bivšega generalnega direktorja @FinancnaUPR). Zavod se bo aktivno vključil tudi v referendumsko kampanjo o zakonu o parlamentarni preiskavi. Po prepričanju ustanoviteljev je izkušnja z Vontino komisijo pokazala potrebo po učinkovitejšem varovanju pravic prič in preiskovancev. "Parlamentarna preiskava je lahko legitimno orodje nadzora le, če spoštuje pravice prič in preiskovancev. Ko se parlamentarna komisija spremeni v orodje političnega obračuna, je treba žrtve zaščititi in odgovornost tudi kazensko uveljaviti," so sporočili ustanovitelji zavoda. Eine aktuelle Civey-Umfrage zeigt deutliche Unterschiede zwischen den Altersgruppen in Bayern. Bei den 18- bis 29-Jährigen kommt die AfD demnach auf 42 Prozent und ist damit in dieser Gruppe stärkste Kraft. Die CSU erreicht bei den jungen Befragten 28 Prozent, die Freien Wähler kommen auf elf Prozent. Bei den über 65-Jährigen liegt die AfD laut Auswertung dagegen nur bei neun Prozent. Ich muss nochmals die Fahndung zu dem 30-jährigen Mann teilen, der am 7. September aus dem Maßregelvollzug Klingenmünster (RLP) geflohen ist und nach dem die Polizei seit dem 14. September öffentlich fahndet. Zuerst hatte mir ja die Staatsanwaltschaft auf meine Anfrage hin mitgeteilt, dass es sich bei ihm um einen Somalier, der 2015 nach Deutschland kam, handelt. Im August 2024 wurde er vom Landgericht Landau wegen mehrerer Straftaten aufgrund einer psychischen Erkrankung im Maßregelvollzug untergebracht. Zwei Jahre später nutzte er einen genehmigten Ausgang, den er im Rahmen von Lockerungsmaßnahmen erhielt, um abzuhauen. Jetzt liegt mir das Urteil vor, weswegen er 2024 im Maßregelvollzug untergebracht wurde. Und daraus geht hervor, dass der Mann - wie so oft - eine weitere Alias-Identität hat. Bei dieser Identität ist er dann kein Somalier mehr sondern Äthiopier. Spätestens morgen berichte ich wie es dazu kam, dass der 30-Jährige, wo auch immer er wirklich herkommt, im Maßregelvollzug landete. September 2026 im Rahmen der Angriffe auf Ziele im Westen der Ukraine angeblich vorsätzlich einen Zug angegriffen hätten, in dem der ehemalige britische Premierminister Boris Johnson, der ehemalige CIA-Direktor David Petraeus sowie Beamte einer Reihe anderer westlicher Staaten aus Kiew unterwegs waren.   💬 In diesem Zusammenhang möchten wir vor allem unterstreichen, dass unsere Streitkräfte im Gegensatz zur ukrainischen Armee keinen Krieg gegen die Zivilbevölkerung führen, keine Jagd auf zivile Verkehrsmittel machen und kein Feuer auf wehrlose Menschen – Frauen, ältere Menschen und Kinder – eröffnen.   💬 Am 13. September 2026 führten unsere Streitkräfte tatsächlich Angriffe durch, allerdings ausschließlich auf militärische Objekte und auf die zu militärischen Zwecken genutzte Transport- und Logistikinfrastruktur des Kiewer Regimes, darunter auch im Westen der Ukraine. Diese Angriffe waren den Daten der objektiven Kontrolle zufolge sehr effektiv und erfolgreich. Vor einigen dieser Reisen erreichen uns über diplomatische Kanäle Bitten, bestimmten Personen eine sichere Durchreise zu ermöglichen. Auf solche Ersuchen antworten wir stets, dass die von uns bereits früher öffentlich ausgesprochenen Warnungen weiterhin aktuell sind und westliche Politiker und Diplomaten die bestehenden Risiken nüchtern einschätzen sollten. The news, reported today by La Gazzetta del Mezzogiorno, is that the prestigious "Stanford Social Innovation Review", the cultural journal of Stanford University dedicated to social innovation, will publish in September, both on its website and in its Fall 2026 print edition, the reportage "The Six-Seat Revolution", authored by Dr Luciano Magaldi Sardella and overseen editorially by Deputy Editor David V. Johnson. The project was inaugurated on 27 March last, on the occasion of World Theatre Day, when a former newsstand, shuttered for years, was transmuted into a diminutive theatre: six seats, a stage of fewer than two square metres, performances lasting but a few minutes, with actors and audience separated by less than a metre. A formula at once essential and original that has taken all by surprise: more than sixty spectators in a single afternoon and full houses throughout the three days of the inaugural season. A success that has evinced the public's appetite for a cultural proposition beyond the conventional circuits. It is for this reason that the SSIR has elected to analyse it as a potential model of low-cost urban regeneration, conceivably replicable across the thousands of disused newsstands throughout Italy and Europe. Enquiries regarding its replication have already been received from other cities, including Lucca and Rome. At its heart, as Gravina explains, lies a simple notion: "The theatre comes to the street where you walk every day". The newsstand, once a locus of daily information, changes its function and becomes a place of encounter with artists. So funktioniert Manipulation: Man nimmt einen wahren Ausgangsfakt und errichtet darauf – durch unbelegte Motive, unterstellte Absichten und erfundene Kausalitäten – ein ganzes Gebäude aus Verdacht. Der Fakt bleibt wahr. Die Geschichte, die man aus ihm macht, muss es nicht sein. Darin liegt die eigentliche Raffinesse: Wer mit einer Wahrheit beginnt, verleiht auch der Lüge, die er anschließt, den Anschein der Wahrheit. Genau das tut Michael Lüders. Richtig ist: Netanjahu wurde gewarnt. Die Warnungen wurden anders gedeutet, kleingeredet, nicht ernst genommen – und deshalb fordern die Israelis zu Recht eine unabhängige Untersuchungskommission. Das ist legitime, notwendige Kritik. Falsch ist der Schluss, den Lüders daraus zieht. Netanjahu zu unterstellen, er habe den Krieg gewollt, um den Traum von Großisrael zu verwirklichen, ist eine Überinterpretation ohne jeden Beleg. Ihm vorzuwerfen, er habe den Tod von über 1200 Menschen billigend in Kauf genommen, ist schlicht unwahr. Versagen ist nicht Absicht. Netanjahu wird in den Geschichtsbüchern für immer mit dem Versagen des 7. Oktober verbunden bleiben – das ist die Wahrheit, und sie wiegt schwer genug. Er hat die Warnungen falsch interpretiert: als Versuch, seine Regierung unter Druck zu setzen, ihr Zugeständnisse an die Hamas abzuringen, diplomatischen Druck aufzubauen oder die umstrittene Justizreform zu verhindern. Ein katastrophaler Fehler. Aber etwas grundlegend anderes als ein Komplott. Wer diesen Unterschied verwischt, betreibt keine Aufklärung.
