In Germany, solar farms are being shut down one after another as their subsidies expire. This time, the one that was indicated as the "top performer." Without subsidies, they immediately file for bankruptcy/liquidation. Only the lifeline for 20 years allows them to earn for the owners, while the costs are covered by citizens. The subsidies were supposed to be temporary but became necessary for the system to function. (translated)
I must admit that Zero Channel and Stanowski were right. It seems that the officials are indeed targeting the family; there were more than one resolutions, and the court has consistently believed that the children should stay with their mother. This cannot be a coincidence anymore. August 2022 - Rejection of the motion to secure the children October 2022 - Another motion by the guardian for foster care March 14, 2023 - Resolution to keep the child in the family Additionally, the district officer and social work employees did not notice any violence in the home. Constantly changing residences, blue cards for poor living conditions are not a reason to take the children away. The parents' explanations also seem convincing. And in fact, this is just information from the famous case (Lex Kamilek). (translated)
Hahaha hold on because this is too strong, Kamil Wnuk, Poland 2050: "In the 20th century, only Piłsudski, John Paul II, and Wałęsa entered common history, and mocking any of them is bad for Poland. And as for functional illiteracy, there are often people wandering around the parliament during the graduation period who ask politicians questions, and it turns out that some can also be assessed like that." Hahahahaha so some politician doesn't know, for example, the flag of some country or a date = functional illiteracy. But a twist XD (translated)
Amazing what is happening in this country. In a hospital in Miastko (Pomeranian Voivodeship), a theft occurred. Thieves stole medical equipment, medications, and computers, and then drove away from the scene... in a stolen ambulance, where they hid the loot. Several days earlier, individuals had gained access to the hospital's closed rooms and published materials online showing the interiors of the facility and the medical equipment present there. Let us remember, the hospital in Mietek has been closed for over a month and declared bankruptcy. Inside, medical equipment, medical documentation, and computer equipment were left behind. The mayor of Miastko said he cannot afford to hire security. (translated)
The biggest problem with the current system in Poland is not even the weak doctoral candidates, as such can be found in every country, but the complete lack of accountability of the supervisor for letting another person go without in-depth substantive, workshop introduction and control of the doctoral dissertation itself. I have no illusions that the supervisor should have absolutely all the knowledge of the universe and catch every copied fragment, but some dissertations are just begging to be checked a little more thoroughly, selectively checking some references, and ultimately even scheduling a one-on-one conversation with the doctoral candidate and asking directly: "Is there anything I should know at this moment and what can still be fixed?" Life has been kind to me in that my Polish supervisor, Prof. Górnicki, never intruded on my doctorate, but he saw that I had to go to Japan to write something truly scientific. And even without the physical ability to verify my analyses from Japanese source texts, sets, and studies, he read my first draft thoroughly and suggested a number of valuable corrections. I already had relatively substantial experience in writing, but to be honest, I also lacked the academic polish. There were correct methods, conceptual apparatus, workshop, research questions, but just… I couldn't emphatically highlight the thesis. It was somewhat evident in the introduction and conclusion, but had I not corrected it according to his recommendations, I might also have to justify myself today. And I certainly would not have published my dissertation with Leiden University Press. As a proverbial "second leg," I had a Japanese supervisor here on-site in Tokyo, who, while not a specialist in my topic, assigned me two wonderful junior professors. Each of them strongly emphasized the analytical sections, which I additionally presented every two weeks. And thus, two years passed… To make it funnier, when I submitted my doctorate as a book proposal to Leiden, the publisher hired two other external reviewers from the United States with professional and academic experience in Japanese law, and only based on their recommendations did he decide to publish the work, of course after more than two months of editorial work and text polishing. The conclusion is that if I hadn't had people and procedures of scientifically civilized countries above me, my doctorate would have been at best average. Although I've always struggled with derivative work, mere awareness is not sufficient to go through certain stages without oversight and supervision. Meanwhile, here in Poland, that simply does not exist. I'm not saying that it's always and everywhere like that, as that would be unfair, but systemic mediocrity and the lack of accountability of the supervisor precisely create the kinds of stories we have been witnessing lately. 🚨 UPDATING WHAT IS KNOWN TODAY - SCROLL DOWN 🚨 Day 200 of reminding that Paweł Kozanecki killed two women, and thanks to the bizarre ruling of Judge Karol Radaszkiewicz, the only punishment he will face for this will be 1.5 years of imprisonment. ℹ️ Kozanecki continues to be held in a penal facility in Szczecin, where he was placed due to an investigation into drug-related matters being conducted by the local prosecutor's office, in which the "lawyer of the new era" was also involved along with his spouse. The topic of the so-called bracelet is currently closed, although there remains a possibility to apply for it in the future, based on good behavior. In June this year, the District Prosecutor's Office in Olsztyn submitted a request to the National Prosecutor's Office to consider filing an appeal against the sentence unfavorable to the convicted. The appeal has not yet been formally submitted to the Supreme Court, but from unofficial sources, I know there is an intention to do so, and analyses of the case files are currently underway to formulate the appeal effectively. We await an official statement from the National Prosecutor's Office. Interestingly, signals have also emerged about the intention to prepare their own appeal by the lawyers representing Kozanecki, who would seek to change the classification of the act to a milder one or even an acquittal. ‼️ Today marks a small anniversary, as I have been reminding about this shocking case for 200 days. And I will continue to remind because it seems to have no end yet, and forgetting it by society could only open the door for Kozanecki to avoid due responsibility. On this occasion, I would like to sincerely thank everyone who is helping me to raise awareness through daily shares, comments, and likes. I have exchanged private messages with many of you, but let it be known on this forum — thanks to you, this still resonates! 🤝 I encourage you to join in and contribute your part to the social pressure for fair treatment of all kinds of "celebrities". There have already been many examples confirming that pressure makes sense. Nothing can return the lives of Ms. Anna and Wanda. However, I am convinced that it is worth keeping an eye on this so that no leniency is applied to the man who caused their deaths. ❓️ If you have any questions regarding the "lawyer from the coffin on wheels" case or would like to clarify any issues, feel free to write; I will try to answer everything according to my current knowledge. The wave of organized hate against the Constitutional Tribunal does not change the facts: 🔴 the motion for a competency dispute between the President and the Sejm suspends proceedings, so until the dispute is resolved by the Tribunal, there are no oaths, 🔴 the President has no right to take an oath from a person who does not meet the statutory criteria for election as a Constitutional Tribunal judge, so until the correctness of the election is clarified, 🔴 if a judge has not effectively assumed office because they did not take the oath, they cannot effectively perform their duties, 🔴 if a judge who has assumed office refuses to adjudicate, they commit a disciplinary offense and are held accountable. If they don’t want to, they should resign from the office; they are not doing anyone a favor. Simple as building a fork. (translated)
We have received a response from the Presidium of the PZPN Referees College regarding the match Cracovia – Górnik Zabrze. PZPN informs that the situation from the 79th minute has been thoroughly analyzed, and VAR did not consider the decision to award a penalty as a "clear and obvious error". At the same time, we learn that the conclusions from this situation will be used in the referees' training process. This is important information for us, although it does not change the fact that this decision had a significant impact on the course of the match. Since the situation has become the subject of analysis and is to be part of referees' training, we expect that similar incidents in the future will be evaluated in a manner that is as consistent and in accordance with the standards expected in Polish competitions. In Turkey, we say: "Justice delayed is justice denied." "Delayed justice is not justice." From now on, we will be watching you closely in every match. (translated)
We have the lowest retirement age for women in the EU. Therefore, as a reward for paying short retirement contributions, politicians came up with this hell for women, for ladies: - widow's pension - 88% of applications come from retired women - the 14th pension* - about 80% of those receiving it are women. Remember - if you pay low contributions, a reward awaits you. * The 14th pension is dependent on the amount of the pension; to receive it in full, one must have a pension below 2900 PLN, and in this group of retirees, exactly 80% are women. "I am talking about securing Poles against such situations; I believe that a person without any criminal past is not capable of doing something like that." "Aren't you a criminologist?" "No." "I didn't invite you here as an expert in criminology, but as a politician." A moment earlier, he said that as politicians of the Confederation, they proposed an amendment that would require checking the criminal background of foreigners entering Poland, which could prevent cases of attacks on the civilian population, to which the editor said it was not the subject. WARNING!!! A lie!!! The announcement of the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw about the dismissal of proceedings against Lech Wałęsa on September 24, 2026, will be the subject of more than one analysis in the future. I want to draw attention only to its final fragment, which illustrates the scale of manipulation, foul play, or plain ignorance of the prosecutor's office. At the end of the announcement, we read that: "The only witness who directly testified that Lech Wałęsa was TW 'Bolek' was the late Edward Graczyk. He made such a statement only during his last interrogation. However, the prosecutor deemed it completely unreliable, not only in light of his previous contradictory statements but also considering the opinion of the psychologist who participated in his last interrogation and noted his tendency to confabulate due to organic dementia disorders. Above all, however, the prosecutor reached such a conclusion in light of a note prepared by Edward Graczyk on February 16, 1971, which was revealed in the case files of the Provincial Office of Internal Affairs in Gdańsk with the codename "Autumn 70," from which it followed that Lech Wałęsa did not begin cooperation as a secret collaborator, which is why further control of his activities was proposed." The first lie is that Graczyk was the "only witness" who testified in the investigation that Wałęsa was "Bolek." This is a glaring untruth. I have repeatedly quoted the records of the investigation of the Białystok branch of the prosecutor's office of the IPN and even published fragments of the interrogations of SB officers who directly identified Wałęsa as "Bolek" in my book "Wałęsa. The Man with the File" back in 2013 (13 years ago!!!). It is enough to quote the testimony of Maj. Jerzy Frączkowski from June 2, 2009 (case file no. S 49/08/Zk, pages 718-719): "As part of my official duties, I dealt with the file of TW 'Bolek'. The materials indicated that this was Lech Wałęsa. It was a personal file. I remember that this file was sent to Warsaw probably in 1988. I dealt with this file in previous years. We became familiar with this file as Wałęsa rose to positions of power in labor unions. This must have been around 1980. At that time, I worked with Zenon Ratkiewicz, who handled TW 'Bolek'. This file definitely contained a note from the recruitment interview, there were obligations of the TW, and there were handwritten receipts for the receipt of money." In the same investigation referenced by prosecutor Żurek, Capt. Romuald Chlaszczak added (file no. S 49/08/Zk, statement from June 2, 2009, page 721): "In the summer of 1983, my superior Major Andrzej Sieniuc handed me a sealed envelope marked 'open only at the direction of superiors.' I was to keep it. Sieniuc said that this was Wałęsa's personal file. The file was with me for a day or two, and I was instructed to send it back to the Bureau of Studies in Warsaw. The file had previously arrived in Gdańsk from the Bureau of Studies. It was a personal file of a secret collaborator. From what I heard, this file circulated between Warsaw and Gdańsk. In previous years, it was said in the department that Wałęsa was a secret collaborator." I could go on like this almost endlessly... but one thing is certain: the prosecutor's position that "the only witness who directly testified that Lech Wałęsa was TW 'Bolek' was the late Edward Graczyk" is a blatant LIE!!! And the question of the second lie is even more important! In the prosecutor's statement, reference was made to an alleged note prepared by Edward Graczyk on February 16, 1971, stating that "Wałęsa did not begin cooperation as a secret collaborator." This document was fabricated at the UOP delegation in Gdańsk, inserted into the case files of the object with the codename "Autumn 70," and the entirety of the files was paginated anew. In the book "SB and Lech Wałęsa" on pages 213-214 (and this manipulation was also confirmed in the prosecutorial proceedings in Gdańsk), we described the circumstances of this document being planted as well as the document itself: "In volume XXII of the case files with the codename 'Autumn 70,' there is a document paginated as page 269. It was allegedly prepared by Capt. Edward Graczyk on February 16, 1971. (...) The content of this very laconic note seems strange. Documents concerning attempts to recruit a person as a collaborator were typically directed to the corresponding file of the 'candidate for a Secret Collaborator', and not to any object file. Moreover, such a document was usually very detailed: it generally described the circumstances of the meeting and the motives for which the person refused contact or resigned from further cooperation. Even more doubts arise regarding various details concerning the pragmatics of the SB office. The paper on which the document was prepared is atypical and distinguishes it from other documents in the file. Although it was labeled 'secret', it lacks information regarding the copy number. At the bottom of the note, there is no separator indicating where the note was sent. Even if this was the only copy of the note, it would have to contain information about the position and signature of the creator. Here there is not even the SB unit in which the alleged author of the note served. Therefore, the creation of such a document in the SB office seems rather improbable. Its credibility seems ultimately undermined by two important elements of the case. The TW codenamed 'Klin', mentioned in the note, does not appear in any other SB documents concerning department W-4, the Gdańsk shipyard named after Lenin, and object cases with the codenames 'Autumn 70' and 'Arka.' Furthermore, thanks to the analysis of the SB registration journal, we know that there was no agent with the pseudonym 'Klin' in the operational records of the III Division of the Gdańsk SB at that time. He appears only in the alleged note by Graczyk in order to surveil L. Wałęsa following the refusal to cooperate with the SB. Equally important for assessing the credibility of the aforementioned document is the pagination of the entire volume XXII of the case files with the codename 'Autumn 70', in which this document is located. This mentioned volume was paginated three times. The oldest pagination was likely created when transferring the files to the archive during the existence of the SB. The next one also comes from this period or was prepared already in the times of the UOP. The last pagination, stamped, was made by employees of the Institute of National Remembrance. The discussed document has only one pagination, that coming from the times of the IPN. The conclusion is quite obvious: the alleged report of Capt. E. Graczyk about not beginning cooperation with the SB was not in the discussed volume of files at the time it was handed over to the archive in 1978. It ended up here later, probably in the 1990s. (...) Everything indicates that this dubious authenticity 'Graczyk's note' may have been planted in the file during the UOP, most likely after June 1992." In the meantime, other documents have also emerged showing that the document cited by prosecutor Żurek is a forgery! Mr. Minister, you are irreplaceable, as in the justification for the dismissal of the proceedings, you referred to a falsified UOP document! Fragment of the book "SB and Lech Wałęsa" 👇 (translated)
