Passamos a madrugada analisando o dossiê apócrifo usado por Moraes para incluir André Mendonça no Inquérito das Fake News. Encontramos um show de irregularidades e hipocrisia. O dossiê da PF já seria absurdo por serem papéis internos, sem autoria declarada, sem assinatura e expressamente classificados como documentos de trabalho, de circulação restrita e “sem valor probatório”. Há campos incompletos, hipóteses de confiança baixa, avaliações políticas sobre a composição do STF e marcadores compatíveis com redação assistida por inteligência artificial. Mas a principal descoberta de A Investigação é ainda mais grave: Moraes distorceu o material. Mais da metade do texto útil de sua decisão veio dessas peças. O ministro omitiu as 28 graduações de confiança, apagou seis advertências sobre a ausência de valor probatório, eliminou hipóteses alternativas e atribuiu à PF conclusões que o próprio dossiê não apresenta. Em um dos pontos centrais, Moraes afirmou que Mendonça direcionou uma diligência “única e exclusivamente” contra ele. A fonte citada diz outra coisa: os nomes examinados decorreram das mensagens presentes no material pericial e não foram escolhidos pelo relator. A comparação também encontrou dez erros nas passagens colocadas entre aspas e 23 possíveis vícios e inconsistências na decisão. E há a hipocrisia. No Radiolão, Moraes acusou a campanha de Jair Bolsonaro de usar um relatório apócrifo. Agora, baseou uma acusação contra outro ministro em quatro peças sem autoria declarada. Acusou Mendonça de entregar à PF uma decisão sem assinatura, mas usou documentos não assinados para acusá-lo. Criticou a exposição de dados de terceiros, mas levantou o sigilo e expôs pessoas que o próprio dossiê não vinculava a irregularidades.
