He assessed the political balance in Slovenia as 50:50 and predicted that in ten years, due to the voting habits of older and younger voters, it could turn in favor of the right. For the upcoming referendum on the intervention law for the development of Slovenia, he called for a joint campaign of advocates for lower taxes and less bureaucracy. He believed that right-wing parties alone would not be able to secure a victory and that artisans, entrepreneurs, retirees, students, healthcare workers, and others affected by the law should be involved. He attributed a stronger mobilization to the opposing side than that seen in the Sunday referendums and assessed that their concerns were not about Slovenia and the citizens' wallets, but rather their own benefits. Mahnič also warned of the possibility that there might be too few representatives of the advocates in the face-offs organized by RTV Slovenia compared to politicians, NGOs, unionists, and influencers on the opposing side. Varbūt pietiek slēpties aiz birokrātiskās procedūras un skaidri pateikt, ka Kulbergam un NA ir kardināli atsķirīgs skats uz migrāciju. NA uzskata, ka LV migrantu jau tagad ir par daudz. Kulbergs - ka vajag vēl, jo latvieši braucot prom un vajagot, kas viņu vietā silda Latvijas ekonomiku. Pilnu Kulberga argumentāciju var noklausīties š.g. 5.maija Saeimas aizsardz kom ierakstā https://t.co/0381jD1CU6 , kur viņš pamato savus “zelta vīzu” priekšlikumus Imigrācijas likumā. Nav jau noziegums tā domāt. Daudzi biznesmeņi (Šlesers, Šķēle) domā līdzīgi: ekonomiskais ieguvums pāri visam. Bet šī pieeja nav savienojama ar NA stingro imigrācijas nostāju. Stāstīt, ka Dombravas plāns ir slikts, jo tam pietrūkst formālo saskaņojumu, ir diezgan savādi, sevišķi tāpēc, ka kopš jūlija dokuments izgājis jau divus saskaņošanas apļus ar ministrijām. Ne jau formalitātēs ir problēma. Saturs nepatīk. Kulbergs vienkārši neatbalsta to stingro imigrācijas ierobežošanu, kuru piedāvā NA. Un meklē ieganstus, kā to nobremzēt. Vakar sadarbības sanāksmē tika atlikta Jāņa Dombravas iesniegtā Imigrācijas ierobežošanas plāna virzīšana. Premjers Andris Kulbergs šodien vispirms X skaidro, ka neesot bijis laika ar plānu iepazīties. Lai gan tas publiski pieejams bija no 24.jūlija. Acīmredzot 39 dienas premjeram bija par maz, lai to izdarītu. Tikšot arī sasaukta darba grupa. Lai gan ikvienam ir skaidrs, ka darba grupa ir lielisks birokrātisks instruments, lai nokautu jebko. Faktiski atgriežamies pie vecajiem birokrātiskajiem tikumiem - nevis darīt, bet bezgalīgi diskutēt. Premjers arī norāda, ka plāns neesot pilnībā saskaņots. Viens no nesaskaņotājiem ir biedrība Gribu palīdzēt bēgļiem. Es ļoti apšaubu vai ar šo biedrību iespējams saskaņot jebkādu imigrācijas ierobežošanas plānu un tad jau nevaram pieņemt faktiski neko. Vēlāk X Kulbergs pāriet jau uz personīgu apsaukāšanos un no argumentēšanas atsakās. Šie pat nebija nekādi likuma grozījumi, tas bija plāns. Ietvars. Signāls, ka valsts vēlas ierobežot imigrāciju.
