He is in a good mood, he is satisfied with the work being done, he has hope that Brazil will change. It's clear that he has given me some advice, but I am not going to share it because it could be interpreted maliciously and turn against him. After the visit, Flávio confessed that he received some advice for the upcoming days: "He is in a good mood, he is satisfied with the work being done, he has hope that Brazil will change. It's clear that he has given me some advice, but I am not going to share it because it could be interpreted maliciously and turn against him," he said. #Bolsonaro #Elecciones2026 #PolíticaBrasil (translated)

Miguel Araiza reported that Bryan Cranston had written a tribute to RJ Mitte following his passing. In the message, Cranston stated that he had met Mitte when he was 14 years old, having been chosen to play Walter White Jr. in *Breaking Bad*. He noted that Mitte was born with cerebral palsy and faced the filming with determination, the pilot episode of which began in February 2007. Cranston recalled that Mitte went from being an inexperienced teenager to becoming a standout actor, and that after the series he advocated for artists with disabilities and directed a philanthropic organization dedicated to that community. He also stated that Mitte had taken his own life and mentioned that they had exchanged messages weeks earlier to plan a lunch. He said he would miss him and urged those contemplating suicide to seek help. #RJMiitte #BreakingBad #SaludMental (translated)
NFL Stats said that he had seen, a couple of days earlier, a post that advocated betting less to win more, an idea he agreed with. He pointed out that some people could not tolerate losing a bet, often because they bet too much or did not distribute their units well. He recommended choosing and studying the games, without feeling obligated to bet on all of them, and seeking help if betting had become a necessity. #Apuestas #JuegoResponsable #Consejos (translated)
Nayib Bukele recommended carrying out several activities from that day that, as he wrote, did not cost money: sunbathing for at least 15 minutes a day, walking barefoot for a few minutes on grass, soil, or sand —but not in public spaces—, sleeping, and spending time with family or friends. He also suggested reading a few pages, breathing deeply for a minute, meditating for five minutes, smiling, and using courteous expressions. Bukele added that if those who followed his advice did not feel ten times better, they could vote for the opposition in the upcoming elections. #Salud #Bienestar #Consejos (translated)

#Apuestas #Consejos #JuegoResponsable
