Från och med den 1 september har alltså åklagare skyldighet att yrka utvisning för alla brott som inte är på bötesnivå. Jag har nog sannolikt nu yrkat mer utvisning denna veckan än vad jag tidigare gjorde på kanske ett år (men så har det varit en mängd färdiga förundersökningar just nu). Innan nu det blir allmänt firande bland folk här att man minsann har satt dit de där aktivistiska åklagarna kan jag redan nu säga att säkert 90% av de yrkade utvisningarna kommer att avslås, pga de är för milda brott mot personer som inte är särskilt kriminellt belastade. Dvs i de flesta fall har jag alltså mot bättre vetande yrkat utvisning trots att jag vet att det kommer aldrig bifallas. Observera att jag har full förståelse för att lagstiftaren önskar öka antalet utvisningar och att det har funnits brister hos ÅM, det läggs dock nu en del resurser på arbetsinsatser som inte kommer leda till något alls. #utvisning #brott #lagstiftning
