Dochází k závěru, že nemocnice Šífa v Gaze nebyla jen místem, kam byli jednotliví rukojmí náhodně přivezeni, ale velitelstvím a důležitým bodem v logistice Hamásu. Tietze sleduje několik vozidel od základny Nachal Oz až k nemocnici. Jedním z důkazů je ukradený vojenský džíp, do něhož bylo podle záběrů naloženo šest rukojmích a který byl později zachycen při vjezdu do areálu Šífy. Další vozidla s rukojmími se objevují na stejném místě krátce poté. Autor identifikuje zhruba 16 vozidel, která během krátké doby dorazila do nemocnice, a z toho usuzuje, že přes Šífu mohly projít desítky rukojmích. Záběry zároveň zachycují ozbrojence a davy lidí v areálu. Tietze proto tvrdí, že nemocnice fungovala jako shromažďovací a distribuční bod, odkud byli rukojmí dále přesouváni.
