Status niepodległości Litwy, Łotwy i Estonii jest o tyle "specjalny" że jakiekolwiek wycofanie się krajów NATO z gwarancji sojuszniczych dla tych państw "wysadza w powietrze" NATO jako sojusz wojskowy. Oznacza to w zasadzie z automatu dla Polski, Finlandii, Szwecji, Danii, katastrofę geopolityczną i powrót nawet nie do 1990 a to lat 30' XX wieku. A to oznacza że wojna w obronie państw bałtyckich jest mniejszym złem niż pozwolenie na demontaż NATO z powodu niezadziałania gwarancji dla któregokolwiek z państw Bałtyckich. Zresztą po to też Polska stworzyła 18 dywizję - najcięższy i największy związek pancerno-zmechanizowany w tej części Europy. Nikt nie będzie siedzieć i pozwalać Rosjanom na brudne aneksje i powtórkę z 1939 roku. Do tego „Think Thank” zamiast Think Tank, błędne daty, problemy faktograficzne i bardzo pewne wnioski przy skąpo opisanej metodologii.
