We see nothing good in this war. We see many disadvantages, including the very real risk that the situation escalates and spreads… to another country due to a failed sabotage attack or because drones disrupted by electronic warfare fly into a neighboring country. US Secretary of State Marco Rubio spoke in Uzbekistan on Monday, saying that Russia and Ukraine should focus on ending the war – writes Reuters. I don’t know where he gets these things or why he says them to the press. Go back and ask him! There was no pause. Marco Rubio denied on Monday that information provision had been suspended. #Ukrajna #Trump #Zelenszkij (translated)

We could call it historic for both of us. We arrived at the governance with clear plans, knowing what we wanted to achieve concerning the Hungarian community in Transcarpathia. It was a good start. If someone states what they want to achieve and approaches the other party constructively, they will likely succeed. As is well known, Trump unsuccessfully tried to pressure Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky last week to stop attacks on Russian oil infrastructure, because he believes that the global market effects, rather than the war against Iran, caused diesel prices in the U.S. to rise to record levels, weakening the Republicans' position ahead of the November midterm elections. #Starlink #Putyin (translated)

In early October, Trump posted about having had a very successful meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin and that they agreed the Russians would supply more than 300,000 tons of diesel fuel to the American and global markets, an additional 500,000 tons in November, and then another one million tons shortly thereafter. #Oroszország #szankciók #Trump (translated)

According to Merz, each head of state and government will need to pack a few more shirts for the December summit, as he expects long negotiations – for this reason, he does not think it will be possible to reach an agreement on the subject at the current summit, although António Costa, the President of the European Council, who is taking charge of the negotiations at the current summit, would like to finalize it at the December summit. #EurópaiUnió #költségvetés #EUcsúcs (translated)
