De la 1 octombrie se schimbă rovinieta și intră TollRo in Romania, pentru ca nu dam taxe destule! La autoturisme, cine are Euro 6 aproape că nu simte diferența. Cine are mașină veche ajunge să plătească cu aproximativ 25–30% mai mult. Ca de obicei, cei cu venituri mici platesc, asa e in UE. Dar schimbarea majoră este la MARFĂ: camioanele de peste 3,5 tone nu mai plătesc rovinietă pe perioadă, ci FIECARE KILOMETRU. La un camion greu, tariful ajunge până la 0,62 lei/km pe autostradă. Pentru o firmă care rulează mult, asta poate însemna zeci de mii de lei în plus pe camion, pe an. Și cine va plăti în final? Transportatorul pune taxa în prețul cursei, distribuitorul o pune în prețul mărfii, iar la final o găsim NOI, prostimea LA RAFT. Dar au si o veste buna, se scot taxele de pod peste Dunare si spre Bulgaria. Wow! Nu e minunat? De unde vine aceasta super-măsura? Din jalonul 59 al PNRR, care cere explicit taxarea camioanelor în funcție de kilometrii parcurși și de nivelul de poluare. O parte din dementa ecologista a Bruxellesului, desigur. PNRR-ul a fost coordonat și negociat în 2021 de Guvernul Cîțu, cu Cristian Ghinea, USR PLUS, într-un rol central la Ministerul Investițiilor și Proiectelor Europene, apoi aprobat de Comisia Europeană și de Consiliul UE. USR îl prezenta atunci drept cel mai mare program de dezvoltare al României din ultimele decenii. Asta e dezvoltarea si una dintre reformele asumate prin PNRR. Notă importantă: termenul legal este acum 1 octombrie 2026, dar CNAIR cere amânarea până la 1 aprilie 2027 pentru că sistemul încă nu este gata, iar proiectul de amânare este în Parlament.
