Ich finde YouTube viel spannender als ARD, ZDF, SRF und ORF. Denn auf YouTube werden Analysen zu wichtigen Themen wie Ukraine, Gaza, Corona und 9/11 publiziert, ohne dass eine klassische Redaktion über die Veröffentlichung entscheidet oder Beiträge kürzt oder negativ framed. Ich schaue gerne längere politische Gespräche auf YouTube wie den russischen Botschafter Sergej Netschajew mit Ben ungekriptet oder Beiträge von Michael Lüders zu Gaza oder von Stefan Homburg zu Corona oder Tucker Carlson zu WTC7 oder Jeffrey Sachs zur Sprengung von Nordstream oder John Mearsheimer zur Ukraine. Das alles findet man auf ARD und SRF nicht. Auf YouTube werden Themen in 30, 60 oder 120 Minuten ausführlich behandelt, ohne Zensur. Das Fernsehen hat oft engere Zeitfenster. Besonders stört mich, dass Fernseh-Redaktionen versuchen das Narrativ zu kontrollieren, abweichende Stimmen werden nicht zugelassen oder nur eingeladen um sie zu diffamieren, sowohl beim Thema Corona wie auch beim Thema Ukraine. Das sah man gut als die ZDF-Sendung von Markus Lanz am 2. Juni 2022 das Thema Waffenlieferungen an die Ukraine behandelte. Die Politikerin Marie-Agnes Strack-Zimmermann (FDP) vertrat die Linie der Ampel-Regierung und erklärte, Deutschland müsse unbedingt Waffen an die Ukraine liefern. Auch Moderator Lanz und andere Gäste waren klar für Waffenlieferungen. Nur die mutige Politikwissenschaftlerin Ulrike Guérot von der Universität Bonn widersprach und erklärte, dass es im Hinblick auf die Ukraine vier Kriege zu berücksichtigen gibt: einen Bürgerkrieg vor Beginn der russischen Invasion, einen russischen Angriffskrieg, einen US-Stellvertreterkrieg und einen Informationskrieg. Deutschland müsse sich für einen Waffenstillstand und Verhandlungen einsetzen, statt Waffen an die Ukraine zu liefern, forderte Ulrike Guérot. Ich sehe es gleich wie sie.
