Ese ejercicio permitió identificar nueve comportamientos asociados a prácticas que pueden fomentar la corrupción, documentados en 82 casos que hoy presentamos al país en el Libro de la Verdad. Un trabajo técnico, juicioso y verificable, que incorporó herramientas de inteligencia artificial y metodologías forenses para contrastar, validar y corroborar cifras, documentos y datos recopilados durante meses de trabajo. Hoy, el Presidente de la República entrega este documento a la Fiscalía, la Procuraduría y la Contraloría, para que, dentro de sus competencias, conozcan estos hallazgos, adelanten las investigaciones que correspondan y determinen las acciones a que haya lugar.
