Huizenprijzen stijgen namelijk ook doordat hogere lonen, lagere rente en ruimere leennormen kopers meer ruimte geven om te bieden. Je huis krijgt een hoger prijskaartje en je volgende huis ook. Dus mijn vraag: moet je óók afrekenen als je voor hetzelfde bedrag een andere woning terugkoopt?! Zo ja, dan moet je extra lenen, spaargeld bijleggen of goedkoper gaan wonen.
