Pan minister Żurek zapowiedział sprawdzenie jego własnych słów dotyczących okresu, gdy kierował ABW, i ewentualnej odpowiedzialności za czyn popełniony właśnie wtedy. Święczkowski został sędzią TK dopiero w 2022 r. Pańska analogia z prof. Rzeplińskim i niedopuszczaniem sędziów do orzekania jest więc chybiona. Tam mielibyśmy odpowiedzialność za czyn związany z wykonywaniem funkcji w TK. Tutaj mówimy o potencjalnym czynie sprzed objęcia urzędu sędziego TK. Można krytykować ministra Żurka za przesądzający ton wypowiedzi, zanim cokolwiek ustalono. Sam miałbym do niego o to pretensję 🤷‍♂️ Ale przecież Pan jest sędzią. Naprawdę nie trzeba Panu tłumaczyć różnicy między odpowiedzialnością za czyn popełniony przy wykonywaniu urzędu a odpowiedzialnością za czyn sprzed objęcia tego urzędu. Najpierw więc trzymajmy się przedmiotu sprawy, zamiast zamieniać go na wygodniejszy do polemiki. #Polska #Prawo #TK

Han har upprepade gånger jämfört Ulf Kristersson med Franz von Papen och därmed indirekt målat upp Jimmie Åkesson och SD som nazister. Han har själv tidigare skrivit att ”von Papen” är ett begrepp i samma stil som ”quisling”. När man systematiskt använder sådana historiska analogier mot politiska motståndare och utmålar dem som ett existentiellt hot skapar man själv det debattklimat man sedan kritiserar. Jomshofs formulering är en skarp motreaktion på just den linjen, inte något som uppstått i ett vakuum. Vill man ha en sakligare debatt bör man börja med att kritisera dem som länge bidragit till att historisera och demonisera motståndaren.
