Adam Gwiazda wrote that the police detained a 31-year-old citizen of Nepal in Kuczyn, in the Krobia municipality, who was driving an Opel at 101 km/h on provincial road No. 434, where the speed limit was 50 km/h. According to the author, the man did not have a driver's license, and his visa expired in April 2025. The governor denied him a permit for temporary residence, which — as Gwiazda reported — meant he had been staying in Poland illegally for a year and a half. The author added that the man received a fine of 1500 PLN for speeding, and the case of driving without a license was to go to court. The Border Guard was supposed to inform him about the necessity of leaving for another country in the Schengen area immediately. #Polska #Prawo #BezpieczeństwoDrogowe (translated)
