(TR) On June 2, 1946, Italians chose the Republic and, for the first time, women participated in the vote, contributing to the construction of our democracy. Remembering means renewing the commitment to a fairer, more inclusive society that is faithful to the values of the Constitution.

(TR) The devastation in #Paris must be condemned. Using those images to support the idea that the problem is second or third generations, and that the solution is #remigration, as #Vannacci, #Salvini, and #LePen say, belongs to propaganda, not politics.

(TR) Today, the real obstacle to the #energytransition is not the lack of investments or technology. It is the slowness of the authorization procedures. Meanwhile, families and businesses continue to pay the cost of the energy crisis. 👇🏻

(TR) 34 years ago the mafia in #Capaci assassinated #GiovanniFalcone, Francesca Morvillo, and the men of the escort. It was a fierce attack on the State and justice. Today, remembering means continuing to defend legality and transmitting to new generations the value of civil commitment.

(TR) Farewell to #CarloPetrini founder of #SlowFood. He taught the world that food is not just consumption, but culture, territory, respect, and community. His gentle revolution has changed our way of eating and thinking. We will always remember that: “who sows utopia reaps reality!”

(TR) The data in the #Istat report describes an Italy different from the one portrayed by the government. A country that is growing little, where social fragilities are increasing and the future is scaring more and more millions of families.

(TR) What happened in #Modena is dramatic. I worked here as a doctor for 20 years: I feel close to the community and the injured. Thanks to the rescuers and law enforcement. A visit to the Baggiovara hospital and #Mattarella's "thank you" to the doctors is a sign of attention and solidarity.

(TR) In April, inflation rose to 2.7%, energy and food prices are increasing. War causes more poverty, more instability, more inequalities. Instead of a country that runs: Italy slows down. Stronger wages, investments, energy independence, and a real commitment to peace are needed.
