Quase dá preguiça, mas eu resisto.   É claro que Fachin tirou a petição de Alexandre do Inquérito 4.781.   O dito-cujo foi apenas o âmbito no qual ele apresentou a sua petição, coligindo relatórios da inteligência da PF. Mas ele, como relator, não tomou providência nenhuma — poderia, se quisesse — e a enviou ao presidente do STF, Fachin, para que este definisse o que fazer.   Era fatal que tal feito se juntasse ao de Mendonça, cujas petições que resultaram em sua investigação ilegal nascem dos inquéritos de que é relator, mas neles não permaneceriam se prosperassem.   Assim, Fachin fez o óbvio e o esperado.
