À la base, ça devait être un projet de 6 mois… et aujourd’hui, HavoK fête déjà ses 2 ans 🤍💛 Avant que Wazz m’envoie son message il y a 2 ans, j’étais quasiment résigné. Après 8 ans dans l’esport Fortnite, je m’étais fait à l’idée que ca resterait une passion, mais que je ne pourrais probablement jamais réellement en vivre Et quand je regarde où j’en suis aujourd’hui grâce à Havok, c’est difficile de mettre des mots dessus En 2 ans, j’ai vécu des expériences que j’aurais jamais imaginé vivre un jour, ressenti des émotions que j’avais jamais ressenties auparavant, connu des moments qui resteront gravés en moi toute ma vie Mais surtout, pour la première fois en 8 ans, je peux réellement dire que je vis de ma passion Et rien que pour ça, je serai éternellement reconnaissant envers Havok et toutes les personnes qui ont rendu cette aventure possible 🥲 Mais mon plus grand merci, il est pour VOUS 🫵 Vous avez aucune idée d’à quel point vous êtes importants dans tout ça. 2 ans déjà… 🥹 Quand on a lancé HavoK il y a deux ans, je pense qu’on était très loin d’imaginer tout ce qu’on allait vivre derrière. Qui aurait pu croire qu’un jour on serait 42.000 viewers sur le stream de la Coupe du Monde 2025 ? Qu’on serait un des clubs esport vendant le plus de maillot en Europe ? Qu’on arriverait à financer 100% du club uniquement grâce aux fans ? Personne. Encore moins nous 😭 On est partis de rien, et grâce à votre soutien, on a réussi à passer dans une dimension qui nous paraissait juste inatteignable. Deux ans plus tard, quand je regarde tout ce qu’on a accompli, les émotions qu’on a vécues, les top joueurs qui ont porté nos couleurs, les rencontres, les voyages, les moments incroyables comme les plus compliqués… je réalise le chemin parcouru. HavoK a pris une place énorme dans ma vie et je suis extrêmement fier de ce qu’on a réussi à construire. Je ne regrette pas d’avoir (beaucoup) mis de côté ma carrière personnelle pour le club. Merci à toutes les personnes qui ont participé au projet de près ou de loin, et particulièrement à ceux qui nous font confiance et nous soutiennent depuis le premier jour. Why Therapy Culture Is Making Us Weak Why, despite unprecedented mental-health awareness and therapy language, does mental health seem to worsen? If both “the cure” and “the disease” expand together, we should ask what culture produces them. Modern therapy culture often teaches us to prioritize feelings, explain flaws through trauma, and treat negative emotions as reactions to others. Carl Jung proposed a different order: consciousness—judgment, values, and will—should govern the unconscious, including instincts and emotions. Health means understanding these forces without letting them rule. Today that hierarchy is frequently reversed: emotion outranks reason, and “lived experience” can outrank evidence. Jung warned this resembles “psychological Bolshevism,” where lower impulses overthrow higher faculties in the name of freedom. Nietzsche cautioned that “for every drive wants to be master.” The key question isn’t only where feelings come from, but whether we govern them. Therapy culture can also weaken self-criticism, treating conscience, guilt, and shame as oppressive rather than corrective. With “concept creep” (trauma/harm expanding to cover normal discomfort), personal agency can shrink: if everything is done to us, responsibility becomes harder to exercise. This can spread socially: victim identities bond through grievance, replacing judgment with collective resentment. History shows where that leads. The defense is older than therapy: govern yourself before demanding the world be changed.

In this article, philosopher Guillaume Le Blanc explores how resentment, often nurtured by negative passions, is exploited by leaders to maintain control and justify inequalities, while emphasizing the importance of social critique to emancipate individuals from these destructive emotions. MAGNIFIQUE !! Ayyoub Bouaddi a acheté une page dans La Voix du Nord et a laissé un message aux supporters du LOSC. 🥹❤️🤍 « Chers supporters lillois, Ce n’est jamais facile de dire au revoir, encore moins à un club qui a occupé une place aussi importante dans ma jeune carrière. Quand je repense à ces dernières années, je mesure le chemin parcouru. Des terrains de formation à mes premiers entraînements avec le groupe professionnel, de mes premières minutes sous ce maillot aux grandes soirées européennes, chaque étape restera gravée dans ma mémoire. J’ai grandi avec ce club, avec ses exigences et ses valeurs. J’y ai connu les joies des premières fois : la découverte du football professionnel, mes premières titularisations, les matchs devant un stade Pierre-Mauroy rempli, les rencontres européennes et toutes ces émotions qui donnent du sens aux efforts consentis au fil des années. Au milieu de tous ces souvenirs, certains resteront particulièrement forts, comme mon premier match de Ligue des champions face au Real Madrid, le jour de mes 17 ans. Vivre une soirée comme celle-là sous le maillot du LOSC restera l’un des moments les plus marquants de mon parcours. Tout cela n’aurait évidemment pas été possible seul. Au fil de ces années, j’ai eu la chance de croiser des personnes qui m’ont fait confiance, accompagné, conseillé et poussé à progresser. Chacune, à sa manière, a compté dans mon parcours et m’a aidé à avancer. Je veux remercier toutes celles et ceux qui ont contribué à cette aventure : les entraîneurs qui m’ont donné ma chance, les membres des différents staffs, le personnel médical, les dirigeants, et plus largement, l’ensemble des salariés du club. Je pense à toutes ces personnes que l’on voit moins, mais qui jouent un rôle essentiel au quotidien : les intendants, les cuisiniers, les agents d’entretien, les chauffeurs, ainsi que les équipes en charge de la sécurité, de l’accueil, de l’organisation et de la communication. Toutes, chacune à leur manière, contribuent à faire vivre le club chaque jour. Merci également à tous mes coéquipiers. J’ai énormément appris à vos côtés, sur le terrain comme en dehors. Certains étaient là lorsque je découvrais à peine le monde professionnel et m’ont aidé à y trouver ma place. Je garderai précieusement tous ces moments partagés dans le vestiaire, à l’entraînement, lors des déplacements, dans les victoires comme dans les périodes plus difficiles. Et bien sûr, merci à vous, les supporters. Depuis mes premières apparitions jusqu’à mes derniers matchs, j’ai toujours ressenti votre soutien. Vos encouragements, vos messages, l’ambiance au stade et votre passion pour ce club ont compté bien plus que vous ne pouvez l’imaginer. Il y a des moments que l’on garde avec soi longtemps : les grandes soirées à Pierre-Mauroy, les chants, les encouragements dans les moments importants, cette énergie que l’on ressent quand tout un stade pousse derrière l’équipe. Ce sont aussi ces souvenirs-là que j’emporte avec moi aujourd’hui. Une nouvelle étape de mon parcours commence. Quitter le LOSC après toutes ces années n’est pas simple, mais je pars surtout avec la fierté d'avoir pu porter ce maillot. Je n’oublierai jamais que le LOSC m’a formé, m’a fait confiance et a façonné le joueur que je suis aujourd’hui. La suite s’écrira ailleurs, mais une partie de moi restera toujours liée à ce maillot.
