Aujourd’hui, grâce à certains ETF éligibles au PEA, un Français peut placer lui-même son épargne sur des indices comme le S&P 500 ou le MSCI World, donc sur Apple, Microsoft, Nvidia, Amazon et plus largement sur les grandes entreprises internationales, tout en conservant l’avantage fiscal du PEA. Bercy réfléchirait à remettre en cause cette possibilité pour les ETF exposés à des indices hors d’Europe. Et ce n’est pas un détail. C’EST UN SCANDALE. Pendant des années, ces marchés ont offert aux épargnants des performances particulièrement attractives. Les études SPIVA montrent même que sur 10 ans, 97 % des fonds actifs européens investissant sur les actions américaines ont fait moins bien que leur indice de référence.
