Θυμίζουμε ότι είναι η πρώτη φρεγάτα FDI που τίθεται σε υπηρεσία, καθώς η ένταξη της πρώτης γαλλικής FDI, Amiral Ronarc'h, έχει αναβληθεί για το 2027. Επομένως οι απαιτήσεις είναι μεγάλες και το εκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα του πλοίου (πρέπει να) είναι εντατικό, για να επιτευχθεί το συντομότερο η πλήρης επιχειρησιακή του ετοιμότητα. Θα πρέπει επίσης να τονιστεί ότι τα τελευταία χρόνια, στο πλαίσιο της διαμόρφωσης της συμφωνίας, καταβλήθηκε συνεχής προσπάθεια για την προώθηση της μεταφοράς τεχνολογιών και δυνατοτήτων σε κατάλληλες ελληνικές εταιρείες, οι οποίες θα ενσωματωθούν στην παραγωγή της αρχιτεκτονικής που θα παραδοθεί στην Ελλάδα.
