Natychmiast po tragedii zastępca dyrektora aresztu w Częstochowie, wraz z psychologiem i personelem medycznym, był u rodziców, żony i dziecka zmarłego, by objąć ich wsparciem. Dyrektor Okręgowy, dyrektor jednostki oraz szef ochrony przybyli na miejsce wypadku po otrzymaniu informacji o zdarzeniu. Funkcjonariusze Centralnego Zarządu SW natychmiast wdrożyli czynności sprawdzające w jednostce i ściśle współpracują z prokuraturą badającą okoliczności zgonu. Dziś drugie czytanie ustawy o „wychowaniu patriotycznym”. Piękny tytuł. Fatalne prawo. Jestem synem oficera Wojska Polskiego, nauczycielem i byłym dyrektorem. Patriotyzmu naprawdę nie trzeba mnie uczyć. Nie zgadzam się jednak, by słowo „Ojczyzna” służyło do przykrywania centralizmu, chaosu i pracy nauczycieli bez gwarancji zapłaty. Obowiązkowe wycieczki, ale bez ewidencji czasu pracy, zagwarantowanego odpoczynku i wynagrodzenia za nadgodziny. Obowiązkowe kluby inżynierskie, ale bez gwarancji kadry, pracowni, sprzętu, godzin w pensum i dodatkowej zapłaty. Minister określi program. Administracja wskaże miejsca. Dyrektor zorganizuje. Nauczyciel odpowie. Rodzic być może zapłaci. Koszt trzech programów według projektodawców: 15 mln zł. Wariant wskazany w sejmowej ocenie skutków regulacji: około 3,5 mld zł. Ponad dwieście trzydzieści razy więcej. Serio? Projekt leżał prawie dwa lata, a potem został rozpatrzony na jednym posiedzeniu komisji. Radzie Działalności Pożytku Publicznego dano dwa dni. Jej późniejsza opinia była negatywna. Zgłosiłem poprawki chroniące nauczycieli, autonomię szkoły, pełne finansowanie, wolność sumienia i pluralizm. Odrzucono je. 🤦 Kiedy państwo chce czegoś od nauczyciela, mówi o misji. Kiedy nauczyciel pyta o zapłatę, słyszy o powołaniu. Powołaniem nie opłaci rachunków. Patriotyzmem nie rozliczy nadgodzin. Nauczyciel nie jest darmową siłą roboczą państwa. Szkoła nie jest wykonawcą politycznych haseł. Patriotyzm zaczyna się od państwa, które szanuje ludzi i uczciwie płaci za ich pracę.
