Depuis des mois, pour faire baisser le prix du carburant pendant la crise, je propose la suspension provisoire des certificats d’économies d’énergie, les CEE. Sous ce nom technocratique, une charge est imposée aux fournisseurs puis répercutée sur les factures des consommateurs et sur le prix des carburants. La Cour des comptes l’a chiffrée à environ 6 milliards d’euros par an en 2022 et 2023, soit 164 euros par ménage en 2023. La filière l’évalue désormais entre 15 et 18 centimes par litre. Suspendre provisoirement les CEE ferait baisser le prix à la pompe immédiatement et pour tous, sans creuser le déficit, puisque cet argent n’entre pas dans le budget de l’État. Je n’ai bien sûr reçu qu’indifférence ou dédain de nos supposés gouvernants qui préfèrent faire la danse de la baisse du prix et brament « c’est la faute des autres » (tout en continuant d’appliquer le CEE et de taxer les taxes).
