Dobrindt erklärte dazu gestern aber, sie sei gezielt so konstruiert worden, dass sie die Drohnenabwehr umgehen könne. Teufel aber auch! Nur: SIM-/Mobilfunk-Drohnen sind im Ukrainekrieg längst bekannt und etabliert. Schon 2018 wurde LTE/5G-Steuerung von UAVs ausführlich als etablierbare Technik beschrieben. In Leipzig hätte die Sprengdrohne also durchaus erkannt werden können. Man hätte nur so kreativ sein müssen, Russland als Akteur, der uns tatsächlich in Deutschland – und zwar nicht nur mit Spielzeug – angreifen will, ausnahmsweise ernst zu nehmen. Der SPIEGEL schreibt, hochwertige Radartechnik hätte die Leipziger Drohne durchaus bereits im Anflug erkennen können. Genau so ein Radar hat die Bundespolizei nach dem Vorfall dann auch eilends am Flughafen aufgebaut. Warum nicht vorher? Das Problem war also offenbar nicht, dass Russland plötzlich eine völlig neuartige Wundertechnik eingesetzt hätte. Das Problem war, dass an einem der wichtigsten europäischen Frachtflughäfen eine längst bekannte Angriffstechnik auf eine unzureichende Drohnendetektion traf. Dobrindt hat gestern bei der Eröffnung des neuen Drohnensicherheitszentrums vor allem inszeniert, wie toll man das Problem jetzt im Griff habe. Nur: Das Wissen um wirksame Detektion lag längst vor. Hätte der Zünder der Sprengdrohne in Leipzig nicht durch puren Zufall versagt, würden wir heute über eine Katastrophe reden, die mit längst verfügbarer Technik möglicherweise hätte verhindert werden können. #Drohnen #Technologie #Sicherheit
