V Lidlu je dnes super akce na horkovzdušnou fritézu (air fryer) za 899,- a poštovné zdarma, mají nově i „mátovou“ barvu pro estéty a estétky. Tenhle model je kopie těch lepších (a několikrát dražších) značkových air fryerů (jako třeba Ninja), 2000 W, takže to slušně peče/smaží. Koupil jsem si tento model v červnu v Lidlu v Jurmale, protože v prvním Airbnb bytě nebyla trouba a v podstatě denně si připravuju maso – hovězí steaky nebo kuřecí, výsledky fantastické. Nestříkám to dodatečně olejem ze spreje, jak se doporučuje, dělám to na sucho, jak hovězí, tak kuřecí má v sobě beztak tuk. Na pečený brambory nebo hrancle se trochu toho oliváče ale hodí. Steaky si kupuju polské vyzrálé v lotyšském Lidlu (obdoba těch od Babiše v českém Lidlu), irské jen občas za odměnu, dost podražily :D Připravuju je tak, že vyndám z lednice tak 60 minut před přípravou, pak předehřeju air fryer na 200 stupňů na 3 minuty a pak peču na 185 stupňů 8 minut, v půlce otočím. Super rychlá příprava, chutná mi to více než z pánvičky. Samozřejmě to není nejlepší steak, jaký jsem v životě měl, ale výsledek je vzhledem k úsilí a času nadprůměrný. Používám i jako troubu, třeba na ohřání Lidl chlazených lasagnů. Mimochodem, časy a teploty jak co v air fryeru připravit si nechám radit od AI, maká to velmi dobře. U každého podobného spotřebiče do kuchyně si samozřejmě pokládám otázku, jestli to není další kravina, na kterou se po 3 použitích bude prášit, ale tohle mi přijde fakt dobrý, zvlášť pro 1–2člennou domácnost.
