Man ļoti nepatīk uzņemties cietušo pārstāvību krimināllietās, zināt kāpēc - dēļ tās pilnīgās ignorances ar ko cietušais un viņa pārstāvis regulāri saskarās procesā. Mūsu tiesību aizsardzības sistēma izskatās bēdīgi arī no cietušā puses. Neatbildēt uz iesniegumiem, neziņot par lietas virzību, nesniegt nekādu informāciju cietušajam par izmeklēšanu ir policijas un prokuratūras "zelta standarts". Tev nepārtraukti jāraksta iesniegumi, atgādinājumi utt., lai saņemtu elementāru informāciju. Arī tiesā, šodien piemēram man atlika lietu, kur cietušajam nodarīti smagi miesas bojājumi, jo iepriekšējais prokurors devies pensijā, bet viņa aizstājējs lietu nav lasījis, gaidām vēl pus gadu. Un tā regulāri... @EdvardsSmiltens runāja par jauna Kriminālprocesa likuma izstrādi. Tā ir ļoti pareiza doma.
