I morgen bliver EUs asyl- og migrationspagt desværre stemt igennem i Folketinget af et flertal (L 15). Pagten består af flere EU-forordninger. Det absolut vigtigste som I derude skal forstå om den nye asyl- og migrationspagt, er, at EU ikke vil stoppe indvandringen. Der er absolut ingen grund til at lade sig overbevise om, at noget, der kommer fra EU, som udgangspunkt vil gavne medlemslandene. Det betyder oftest mere bureaukrati, udgifter og magt til EU og Ursula von der Leyen, mens lande bliver reduceret til nationalforsamlinger. Og sådan er det også med denne nye migrationspagt. EU vil ikke stoppe indvandringen til Europa. EU vil bare styre, administrere og fordele byrden mellem medlemslandene. Og hvad betyder det så? Jo, indvandring fra den 3. verden skal fremover være et fælles europæisk ansvar, hvor alle lande tager deres andel af byrden og således bidrage til at løfte denne byrde. Enten kan et medlemsland bidrage med modtagelse af migranter eller betale en bøde på godt 20.000 euro pr. afvist migrant. Det kaldes åbenbart for "solidaritetsmekanismen". Jeg vil nærmere kalde det en fordelingsmekanisme eller en tvangsfordelingsmekanisme. Danmark er grundet vores retsforhold ikke omfattet af solidaritetsmekanismen og får derfor ikke omfordelt migranter af den grund. Men Danmarks “andel” vil så blot blive omfordelt til andre EU-lande, hvorefter de på sigt alligevel kan få adgang til Danmark. Men i tilfælde af en ny flygtningekrise som i 2015, hvor syrerne oversvømmede Europa og de danske motorveje, så gælder en særlig solidaritetsmekanisme i henhold til en af de nye forordninger kaldet ”kriseforordningen”. Det skyldes, at et flertal i Folketinget besluttede, at Danmark alligevel skulle indtræde i store dele af pagten på trods af vores retsforbehold, der netop skulle sikre det modsatte. Og i tilfælde af, at Danmark skulle have glemt retsforbeholdet, så minder samtlige forordninger i pagten om det. Med pagten bliver det også lettere for migranter at søge asyl i Danmark, hvis de i forvejen har familie her i landet. Asyl i Danmark vil fremover kunne søges i andet EU-land, hvis migranten har familie i Danmark. Det skyldes den nye ”screeningsmodel”, som også indebærer ret til juridisk rådgivning og sundhedstjek betalt af europæiske skatteydere. Og i den forbindelse kan jeg da ikke lade være med at blive bekymret over, hvor mange nye familiemedlemmer de migranter, der i forvejen er her, måske pludselig får. Det skriger til himlen.
