Eccola lì, l’estesa perturbazione atlantica che nei prossimi giorni porrà fine all’estate 2026. A partire da domani e dal Nord le temperature cominceranno a calare, raggiungendo l’estremo Sud entro l’11-12 settembre. Comincerà finalmente l’autunno. Questa seconda perturbazione con caratteristiche autunnali porterà forti venti di libeccio che insisteranno per 48 ore sul Centronord, favorendo intense piogge sui monti e locali fenomeni forti. Si comincia nella prossima notte, con un primo passaggio di rovesci sulle Alpi dalla Lombardia fino al Triveneto. Le condizioni peggioreranno in maniera importante a partire dal pomeriggio di mercoledì. Accumuli di pioggia molto rilevanti si attendono lungo le Prealpi dalla Lombardia fino all’estremo Nord-est, dove gli accumuli potranno localmente superare i 150-200 mm entro venerdì. Rovesci intensi saranno possibili anche lungo la costa adriatica settentrionale. Si je devais recommencer à 0 demain en bourse, Avec les connaissances que j’ai aujourd’hui (sans prendre en compte ma situation pro et perso) ça donnerait : 1️⃣ J’ouvrirais un PEA, pour y loger un socle indiciel. 1 à 2 ETF larges à bas coûts et éventuellement 2 à 3 actions européennes si certaines passent mes filtres de qualité et sont sur des niveaux de valo corrects. Qu’on le veuille ou non, le PEA reste encore, pour le moment, très intéressant sur le plan fiscal, notamment grâce au fait de pouvoir acheter et vendre à l’intérieur sans déclencher de frottements fiscaux. En revanche, il possède aussi énormément de faiblesses qui sont trop rarement évoquées : pas d’achat fractionné, plafond de dépôt, pas de libre choix des instruments que l’on peut loger à l’intérieur, pas de donation possible de son vivant, compliqué à apporter en collatéral pour un crédit Lombard. Et tout ça, sans parler du fait qu’il soit la cible d’une partie des politiques qui cherchent à raboter régulièrement ses avantages. Je m’en servirais donc principalement pour ma poche indicielle, mais je ne baserais pas toute ma stratégie d’investissement sur ce compte. 2️⃣ Assez logiquement, j’ouvrirais un CTO en parallèle du PEA, CTO ouvert chez un courtier étranger pour rester à l’abri de l’ogre français. À l’intérieur, 5 à 10 actions de qualité, pas plus, pas moins. La diversification du portefeuille étant déjà apportée par le socle indiciel en PEA, je concentrerais donc mon capital sur quelques entreprises sans chercher à trop m’éparpiller. Plus de focus, potentiellement plus de performances et plus de convictions. En termes de pondération, je pense que j’investirais quelque chose comme 70% de mes dépôts sur CTO, 30% sur PEA. C’est, selon moi, le setup qui permet de combiner à la fois une fiscalité douce (si tant est qu’on puisse encore utiliser ce terme pour un résident fiscal français), De bonnes performances (si les choix sont bons) et surtout, un énorme apprentissage notamment via le socle actions logé en CTO (car qu’on le veuille ou non, il est très difficile de développer ses compétences lorsqu’on fait du 100% ETF) 3️⃣ En parallèle de mon CTO, j’en ouvrirais également deux autres à mon nom qui seraient destinés à être donnés plus tard à mes enfants. L’objectif ici étant de leur constituer un capital, de garder le contrôle sur le compte aussi longtemps que nécessaire. Et de profiter de l’abattement de 100 000€ par parent et par enfant au moment de la donation, combiné avec la purge des plus-values qui interviendra. Pour les enfants, uniquement de l’indiciel, pour faciliter le suivi global des portefeuilles. 4️⃣ Je n’ouvrirais pas d’assurance vie française. Éventuellement une AV luxembourgeoise par la suite lorsque le capital sera suffisamment important. Je n’ai pas une grande confiance dans les AV FR, et la situation économique et budgétaire du pays ne fait que renforcer ma défiance. 5️⃣ Je n’ouvrirais pas non plus de PER (Plan Épargne Retraite). C’est un type de compte qui revient à miser sur le fait que la fiscalité française et personnelle sera moins importante dans 30 ou 40 ans qu’aujourd’hui. C’est un pari que je ne suis pas prêt à faire de mon côté. 6️⃣ Si j’ai la possibilité d’en bénéficier, j’utiliserais également le PEE (Plan Épargne Entreprise) afin de profiter d’abondements et de conditions avantageuses. En résumé : quelque chose d’assez simple, lisible, assez concentré. Et bien sûr : toutes mes décisions d’investissement seraient prises à long terme, sur tous les comptes d’investissement.
