Professor Eduardo (The Weatherman) warned of a period of instability between this Monday and Friday in Norte Chico, the central area, and part of southern Chile, up to Los Lagos. According to what he wrote, heavy rains, thunderstorms, hail, and moderate winds were expected, with the most storm activity forecasted for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The author noted that the risk of sudden floods would be very high and that there was also a high possibility of mudslides, as the isotherm would be located between 2500 and 3000 meters above sea level, and could even rise further. He added that the system could cause more damage and complications than previous events. Regarding precipitation, he indicated that some areas could accumulate 20-45 mm and others could exceed 70-90 mm. He identified the interior between the Metropolitan and Biobío regions as the stretch with the highest likelihood of significant amounts, with places potentially exceeding 100 mm and registering periods of more than 10 mm per hour during the storms. He characterized the event as extreme for October and called for preparedness. #InestabilidadClimática #RiesgoDeInundaciones #TormentasSeveras (translated)

Roberto Reis pointed out five changes that, in his opinion, were necessary in Flávio's campaign. He said that Ronaldo Caiado, Cleitinho, Augusto Cury, Romeu Zema, ACM Neto, and other leaders were being underutilized and needed to be given tasks and agendas. Reis advocated for mobilizing supporters to respond to rumors about Bolsa Família, BPC, and pensions. According to him, employment, debts, and cost of living were real concerns that were changing votes among the less privileged classes. He also called for concrete proposals: IPVA with Cleitinho, security with Caiado, and income and prosperity with Zema and Pablo Marçal. Regarding the debates, he recommended preparation, quick responses, and different strategies for each of the two meetings. For the street campaign, he suggested increasing presence and mobilizing supporters, stating that the left had already mobilized. He also proposed organizing the monitoring of the ballots and holding a "bloquinho 22" in all cities the following week. Reis summarized his proposal as turning support into work and effort. #CampanhaFlávio #Eleições2024 #PolíticaBrasileira (translated)
