De hecho, ya se enunció uno de 3% del PIB para los próximos 17 meses. ¿Que al final no se hará? Puede ser. Nadie tiene la bola de cristal. Pero no se puede afirmar eso cuando llevan un mes. Miguel Gómez detalló el viernes concretamente el plan de 65 billones de ajuste fiscal 2026-2027. ¿Alguien está en condiciones de asegurar sin vacilar que no sucederá? 2) Ana sugiere que el ajuste fiscal es un “modelo Milei”, como si fuera una opción. Como si hiciera parte de un menú de preferencias. Como si fuera sostenible y posible este nivel de déficit fiscal, riesgo país y endeudamiento en pesos. No es sostenible . Lo dicen todos los bancos, la CARF, las agencias de riesgo, los analistas más destacados, Anif, el Banco de la República. Seguir con 8,2% de déficit fiscal no es una opción. Implícitamente, le da credibilidad a la cifra de 575 billones. El PGN de Avila estaba desfinanciado en 30 billones. Solo para sentarnos a conversar, tenemos que hablar de 605 billones. Tampoco se puede sacar de la ecuación las deudas con las comercializadoras y generadoras. Los que cubrimos al ministerio de hacienda con cuidado en el gobierno de Petro sabemos que sus Marcos fiscales, planes financieros y presupuestos estaban maquillados y llenos de mentiras.
