Gleichzeitig bleibt das Geld der Bürger im sichtbaren, greifbaren, beschlagnahmbareren Raum. Negativzinsen, Sondersteuern, Vermögensregister, digitaler Euro – alles wird leichter, wenn das Konto nicht in Dubai oder der Schweiz liegt. Der Staat erweitert seinen Herrschaftsbereich über Grenzen hinweg und zwingt ausländische Banken, seine Regeln zu übernehmen oder das Geschäft aufzugeben. Der nächste Schritt in Richtung finanzieller Geiselhaft – Eigentum, das man nicht frei bewegen darf, ist kein Eigentum.
